Where there is loads to do from swimming,wall climbing,riding go karts around the park,playing in the arcades and much much more.....

But if you want to go off site then there's loads to do from visiting the parks farm which is opposite the site great for kids, your just a short bus ride or tram ride away from fleetwood and blackpool.

The second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds together with a built-in wardrobe, drawers, shelving and wall mirror, making the caravan ideal for families or friends travelling together.

A separate family shower room is located off the hallway and includes a shower, toilet, wash basin with storage cupboard, mirrored cabinet, heated towel radiator and additional storage.

Secure gated composite decking to the side and bamboo-screened composite decking to the front provide a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast or simply take in the views towards the Western Lake District fells. Garden furniture is provided, and there is parking for one vehicle directly behind the caravan, together with a small grassed area alongside the caravan (please note this area is not enclosed).

For guests choosing our Optional Private Hot Tub Upgrade, your own private hot tub is the perfect place to unwind after a day of walking, sightseeing or exploring the surrounding area. Relax beneath the open sky while enjoying uninterrupted views towards the surrounding fells – a wonderful way to end each day of your holiday.

Peaktop View welcomes dogs, with 1 medium dog or 2 small dogs accepted on request only.

Bed linen and towels are provided for every stay. Hot tub robes are provided for use during your stay for guests booking the Optional Private Hot Tub Upgrade. All beds are made up ready for your arrival.

The caravan benefits from full gas central heating throughout, controlled by a wireless thermostat. Gas, electricity and water are all included in the nightly rate.

A mandatory cleaning fee of £75 applies to every booking. The minimum stay is two nights.

The holiday home is located at Lakeland leisure Park with beautiful views guaranteed, whatever the weather. It's proximity to the Lake District provides easy access for exploring villages like Windermere, Coniston, Ambleside and Ulverston.

The home is equipped with everything needed for a your family holiday. It will be a home from home experience. The master bedroom is spacious with a double size bed, plenty of storage space and an en-suite. Both twin rooms have 2 single beds and is perfect for kids to feel cosy. The bathroom is equipped with a powerful spacious shower.

The park itself has plenty to offer. The entertainment has everything from tots dancing to bingo to live acts. There's family entertainment during the day and through into the evenings. There are plenty of activities, including canoeing on the lake, archery, swimming, high ropes, football and a 9 hole golf course.

The park has plenty of food options, papa johns, Burger King, fish and chips and a restaurant.

The price does not include pass for the duration of stay. But these can be purchased from main reception or from the haven website directly.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets of any kind.

Hand towels provided in bathrooms and kitchen, but we ask you bring your own bath towels.
We are dog friendly welcoming 2/3 dogs depending on size free of charge. Dog bowls provided.
We are based in Ocean edge holiday park, Heysham. The site has facilities for all the family. Bar/restaurant, heated indoor pool and sauna, arcades, playground, soft play, arts and crafts den, scoops ice cream and waffle house and showbar for daily evening entertainment. There are also bookable activities for children. Passes aren't included in the price but can be bought at the reception on arrival. We are set on the coast of the Irish sea with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. There's a nature reserve next to site for dog walking or just a peaceful walk. Heysham village is a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk. There's a lovely coast walk from Half Moon Bay, which has a dog friendly cafe, across Heysham cliffs which drops down into the village. If you fancy walking further you can access Sandylands prom from the village which takes you along the front to Morecambe. Morecambe is a 10 minute drive from site. Facilities open from February half term and close after October half term. The site is 12 months so you are still able to visit at reduced prices for a relaxing break by the sea.
