Our caravan is Gold Star Plus rated that comfortably sleeps 4 and is situated on the popular Liskey Hill Holiday Park. Its location is Liskeard 1, as shown on plan. It has a lounge with 40 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with full size fridge/freezer and separate dining area

The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and Jack and Jill bathroom with full size shower. The caravan is centrally heated for cold evenings. The views from our caravan over Perranporth beach are stunning and we have a large decking area to the front and side with garden furniture. Please note we are pet free .
Vacation time is 10am and occupation time is 4pm.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Electric cars may not be charged and anyone found to be doing so will be removed from site amd prosecuted.
No smoking or vaping.


Deposit to be paid upon booking and balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday.

A very well equiped 2 bedroom caravan on the very popular site of Liskey Hill Caravan Park, Liskey Hill, Perranporth. A 10 minute walk will lead you to 3 miles of golden sand, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

We supply all duvets, pillows, hand towels, tea towels and bath mats.
We ask that you bring your own fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels for showering.

Perranporth is just 5 to 10 minutes walk into the town where there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, a chemist and a doctors surgery.

The famous Watering Hole, the UK's only pub on the beach, is situated on the sand, a must for a great sunset.


Regular bus and local taxi servicea are also available outside Liskey Hill holiday park with easy access to Newquay, Truro, Padstow and St Agnes.

To secure your booking a £50 per week deposit is requested (please note that should the holiday be cancelled the deposit paid is none refundable).
In addition a refundable £100 security bond will be added to the final cost. This is to cover any damage, excess cleaning or breakages, this is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan following your departure.
Full balance to be paid six weeks prior to your holiday. Payment by bank transfer is preferred method.

All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions supplied on initial contact with the hirer.

On site there is a laundrette with washing, drying and ironing facilities. A BBQ area with seating, ideal for families in different caravans around the site.

General refuse is located opposite the site reception, please dispose of all your rubbish.

Helston 4 is a lovely, dog friendly 3 bed static caravan with central heating, double glazing, wifi and secure decking.

It is located on Liskey Hill Holiday Park overlooking the beautiful bay of Perranporth in North Cornwall.

The town is only a short stroll down the hill and is a hive of vibrant places to eat and drink.

The beach plays host to surfing, paddle boarding and the famous Watering Hole Pub

Known as “Tucker’s Look” and owned by Spearsretreat Padstow 30 is a Willerby Rio Gold 2016 sited on Liskey Hill Holiday Park available for Caravan Hire.

The caravan offers stunning sea views of the beautiful Cornwall coast, visible from both the kitchen and lounge. Outside, a spacious decking area with comfortable furniture provides the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery.

WiFi is available in the Surf Bay restaurant at Perran Sands.

Entertainment Passes: If your family would like to use the swimming pools, children's club, leisure and entertainment facilities at Perran Sands, you will need to purchase Haven's Play Passes. These can be arranged online before arrival or possibly on arrival in Haven's main reception subject to their availability at the time. Please note passes are not required to use the shops, restaurants and facilities such as the Crazy Golf and Go-Kart hire. We do not know for certain which of the park facilities will be available. Our prices are for the hire of the caravan and include free water, gas and electricity.

Perran Sands Holiday Park offers exhilaration, space and tranquillity. Nestled amid the 5000 year old Penhale Sands the park sits on this unique landscape of towering sand dunes with direct access to a spacious, clean, sandy beach pounded by the wild Atlantic breakers: this is a surfer's paradise.

The village of Perranporth can be reached by walking along the large wide beach or by car or bus. Here are many unique shops and local cafes. There are plenty of gift shops too. The village also boasts a boating lake amid tropical gardens, spectacular views of the beach can be had from the sundial near the car park at Droskyn Point.

Down below are hundreds of rockpools and caves once haunted by smugglers. There is a tidal pool at Chapel Rock close to the Watering Hole pub which is on the beach itself. Both the local museum and tourist information centre have a wealth of maps and leaflets about the local history and local places such as the lost church in the sand dunes which is also an area of Special Scientific Interest. Whether you want to go horse riding, golfing, paragliding, surfing, or generally splashing around this is the place to be.

Bookings
In the first instance, please contact us to confirm the dates (Sat-Sat only) and your party details - your name, contact number, the week and how many adults over 21 / ages of children / type of dogs.
A non-refundable rental deposit of £200.00 would be required to secure a week. The remaining rental balance would be payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date.

Left As Found / Key and Damage Deposit: One week before the arrival date, we also require the extra Left As Found / Key & Damage Deposit of £200.00. This amount is returned to the booking holder, within a few days, if the caravan has been left as found - clean and tidy with no breakages.

Please note third-party subletting by holiday management / lettings companies is not permitted. There must be one person aged 21 or above in your party.. No smoking please. Sleeps six people. Our Pemberton Riverton caravan, sited in an elevated position on plot 589 in the popular and peaceful Chy-an-Mor area of the park, has stunning panoramic sea views which can be seen through the first glass-fronted deck to be built on Haven’s Perran Sands site.

The caravan faces west and so the sun shines on the front deck all afternoon until setting directly in front as you watch from the veranda or from the comfort of the lounge through the panoramic sliding glass doors.

On clear nights you can see down the coast to the glistening lights of St Ives some 17 miles away, and incredible views of stars and planets millions of miles away!

Your allocated parking space is immediately behind the holiday home and a gated ramp leads to the side door entrance which is accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs, or through front sliding patio doors which span almost the entire front elevation of the caravan.

Inside the six-berth holiday home you’ll find the best there is too, featuring:
- A spacious open-plan lounge and dining area featuring a long curved sofa with an integrated pull-out sofa bed, a faux leather armchair, 40” TV, DVD player, flame-effect electric fire, dining table and panoramic sliding doors to the front elevation offering unique views of Perran Sands through the glass-fronted decking area

In line with all private owners we cannot offer Haven's entertainment passes, and the holiday is similar to Haven's 'Hideaway' conditions. Play passes are available directly from Haven on arrival, subject to sufficient availability.

Bookings & Conditions

Available for full weeks with changeovers on Saturdays. Check-in is by 2pm and checkout by 10am.

A £250 deposit by bank transfer or cheque is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.
