Welcome let me invite you into my lovely 3 bedroom caravan, situated on a cul-de-sac on a clean and well kept site.
Time for the tour;
We have an veranda with table and chairs to have your morning cuppa on.
The first door you come to takes you into the living room which has a large flat screen TV with freeview, separate DVD, with coffee table near the seating and dinning table. In the Kitchen you will find it fully equipped with fridge with ice box, oven/grill, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Cookware, plastic bowls etc for young children. Dinnerware set, mugs, drinking glasses and wine glasses.
We also provide iron and ironing board, hair dryer and hair straighteners.
For your safety our caravan is fitted with smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm.
No smoking in our caravan.
Next you will walk into the hallway ~ firstly you will see our bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
Their are 3 bedrooms, we have 2 twin rooms with single beds and one double bedroom.
Plus cupboard with the water heater in.
We are dog friendly, just incase you have any allergies.
Please do not leave dogs alone in the caravan. Lots of the pubs in the area are dog friendly and we do have a list, please let me know if you require it.
On site facilities include a shop, Launderette, information office, Large family bar and restaurant with a outdoor children's park.

If you do want to smoke please do not do this on the decking and make sure all stubs are disposed of correctly
All dog mess MUST be picked up and disposed of in dog waste bins provided on site.

Also general waste to be put in bin bags and placed in blue bins located near to caravan.

Please note £100 care and consideration bond is required and paid back once caravan has been inspected

Ideally situated to all the amenities plus just a 10-15 min walk to Bowleaze Cove via the footpath which leads over the hills which has a fun fair, arcade, The Shack and Sunset Bar all open to the public (seasonal only). Prices for play passes is shown in the last picture. Some other activities may incur an extra charge. Once I’ve had confirmation I will let Haven know and they will send an email with a ref no so that you are able to pre book your passes. These will be ready on your arrival and can be collected from reception. You will see there is a max price should there be max occupancy.

I pride myself on the location of the caravan which is why I purchased it. I will never compete with Haven because I offer to you luxury rather then a near empty caravan. I’ve spent of lot of money and time making sure the caravan is as comfortable as possible. Taking the stress away from my guests

There are also some fab walks along the coastline. You can also walk into Weymouth along the seafront which takes approximately 45 mins and also you have Lodmoor Nature Reserve. Here you will find the sea life centre (has to be pre-booked) sand sculpting, go-karts, golf, adventure golf (this has to be pre-booked)

3 nearby pubs 2 of them in Preston (The Bridge which is my local or Spice Ship) and the other in Sutton Poyntz called The Springhead all serve food and are dog and kid-friendly

Weymouth Bay, now has a bus route (fares apply) a few 100 metres from the caravan so no need to go to the main road. This will take you to town and from there you have lots of options to either change bus route to several other locations or take yourself for a walk through the town where you will find the harbour with a choice of pubs and restaurants. Seasonal only there is a fun fair at the front of the Pavillions also some rides along the weymouth seafront.

You can also walk to the other side to find more eating places and from there walk to the famous Nothe Fort. You also have a lovely walk here too in the gardens where there is a play area for kids.

Weymouth Bay is ideally situated should you wish to drive to other locations. There is Abbotsbury a lovely village where you can visit the swannery again a great place too for walkers. Portland which has Portland Bill and also a lovely Cove which is tucked away just behind Portland Castle. A lovely café is here too and you will find the food and service to be amazing.

Entertainment passes if needed are purchased separately from Haven Reception. Sadly these are no longer available for Owners.

Hi i have my 8 birth static on seaview Ingoldmells for hire and its in a great position near fantasy island and 2 minute walk to the beach and shops there is a club on the entrance to site the oasis bar at the entrance also chip shop and pizza shop at the entrance not part of site, everyone welcome to the local clubs all in walking distance. modern van 3 bedroom all tvs in every room gated veranda and wifi in the van beds can be made up if required or take own bedding as there is quilts and pillows in van regulary re freshed and small well behaved dogs welcome iv owned vans on that site 8 years the local swimming pool is in skegness or buy a butlins daypass there is an open bus going along beach road goes to skegness and there is hardys farm and plenty restaurants shops and fantasy island and a 5 minute drive to skegness or maybe a day in chapel st leonards .i own a 6 birth van next door to my 8 birth so still enquire as I may have your date ,please phone or text your dates for a price. Our double-glazed holiday caravan for hire on Seaview Caravan Park in Ingoldmells, Skegness, is a real home away from home.

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. There’s also a double pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The shower room has a shower and wash basin, the toilet is in a different room.

Facilities within our holiday caravan include a 32” Smart TV in living room, a 24” TV/DVD player in master bedroom and a kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker, fridge etc. in the kitchen.

Extensions/four ways provided for every room.

Unlimited internet, (in caravan, not site WiFi) Amazon firesticks complete with Discovery+, Disney, Netflix and Prime.

There's a travel cot, bed guard and highchair in the caravan for you to use.

We have oil filled radiators to keep you warm and fans to keep you cool.

The caravan is situated less than a one-minute walk to the beach and just a two-to-three-minute walk to Fantasy Island. At the site entrance there's several pubs, takeaways, cafes and shops. Seaview is a perfect location for everyone as everything is right on the doorstep.

The first door you come to takes you into the hallway, to your right is the boiler cupboard.A wall mirror and the ironing board is found here too. Next is bedroom with 2 single beds in with a wardrobe. Then it is the double bed room with wardrobe and an area you can sit and put your makeup on. Another bedroom with 2 single beds in with a wardrobe. In the main Bedroom you will find in the cupboard above the mirror hairdryer and hair straighteners.
Opposite you will find our bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

Through the door you will find our Kitchen, it is fully equipped with Fridge with an icebox, oven/ grill, microwave, Kettle and toaster.
In the cupboard you will find oven trays, saucepans, In the wall units wine glasses, drinking glasses, mugs and plastic bowls etc for young children.
In the draws there is cutlery, foil etc. The iron is kept in here.
Through into the dinning area table with seating.
In the living area plenty of seating, with coffee table and a TV with freeview, Separate DVD machine.

Our Luxury Swift Loire is situated on Northfield, 3 Bedroomed, 6 Berth caravan with sea view, 16ft x 8ft Front and side decking with outside furniture on both and parking bay. Free private WIFI.

Fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge freezer, Microwave, Tea, coffee & sugar provided. Smart TV, PlayStation and a selection of board games. Home from Home. Linen can be hired but you are welcome to take your own. There is a cleaning fee of £25, we are pet friendly and allow one small dog £25. Highchair and Travel Cot available on request. School holidays Linen is included for bookings of 5 to 7 days.

A refundable £100 security deposit is required when booking.

Lear Leisure is a small family business. As a family we have been coming to Skipsea Sands for over 65 years. My Mum & Dad had three caravans, two on Southfield and one on Westfield. My Aunties and Uncles had their caravans on Northfield. I remember when there were bungalows at the top of the cliff and train carriages behind on the second row. There was a shop and amusements, this has all gone now :( When I was a teenager I used to drink in the Kings and Queens pub and the Sportsman, this seems so long ago. Top and bottom is, my family loved our holidays and we would like other people to make their own memories as we did.

Hot Tub Retreat is located within the grounds of Sycamore Cottage Campsite which is a small, quiet, family run site in Goxhill, North Lincolnshire. We have chosen the caravan location on the site, specifically to provide maximum tranquillity and maximum sun exposure. The fences surrounding the secure, dog friendly garden have been positioned to provide sufficient wind shelter whilst allowing our guests to look at the surrounding views and is a bit of a sun trap.

We want our guests to relax and unwind during their stay. Sit on the terrace with a glass of something nice, dip in and out of the hot tub or simply chill around the campfire with friends. If you don't fancy cooking, we have an abundance of places to eat and drink in the surrounding Villages and Towns.

The nearest beach at Cleethorpes is 30 minutes drive away but you can also get there by train, which is just around the corner.

The flat planes of Lincolnshire make it ideal for cyclists, with the start of the Viking Way being at Barton upon Humber, 10 minutes away.

Market Towns of Barton, Brigg and Beverley are easily reached from Site, as is former City of Culture Winner Hull, with its Marina and Old Town worth paying a visit to.

Further away but within an hours drive, we have the Historic Cities of York and Lincoln.

Whether you want to explore the area or simply come for a chilled relaxing break as a couple or with friends, we feel we can accommodate you all and look forward to welcoming you.
