Bathroom with toilet, sink and walk in shower.

Separate toilet with sink.

Parking next to the caravan for max 2 vehicles (Dry weather only)
(In wet weather please use hardstanding areas available around the site)

Travel cot, bed guard and high chair provided.

All bedding, bed linen and WIFI provided.

Check-in - 4pm
Check-out 10am
Early check-in can be requested from 1pm for £30
Late Check-out can be requested 12 noon for £20

Site rules and our insurance restrictions mean that we cannot facilitate bookings from:

•Same Sex Parties (e.g Hen/Stag dos)
•Persons under 25 years of age
•Multiple couples

Deposit to secure dates is £75
(Please note this is non refundable should you need to cancel)
The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

We also ask for a refundable security bond of £75, which will be refunded within 7 days once the caravan has been checked following departure.

Here is our spacious and open plan caravan located on Promenade known as C1. This is one of six caravans we have available to hire on Promenade, we are a registered holiday let company registered as Calivans LTD. Please feel free to read our customer reviews on Google or Facebook.

A little about the caravan.
2 bedrooms - Double bed in one and two single beds in the other.

Bathroom consists of Toilet, basin and walk in shower.

Living room has a pull out sofa bed, small dining table with stools for meal times. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms and living area.
32" Smart TV.

Kitchen is fully equipped, items include: pots, pans, baking trays, cutlery and utensils. Electrics include toaster, kettle, microwave and undercounter fridge freezer.

The caravan has a veranda outside with a jack and Jill seating area.

Our stays include beds made for arrival and access to free WiFi of speeds of 30mbps so can stream netflix and Amazon on our smart TVs.
