Beautiful caravan recently decorated all through, has it's own toilet & shower which are separate, 2 single bedrooms with smart Tv in each & netflix.
1 double bedroom with smart Tv & Netflix.
Living area with a large smart Tv, netflix and a large comfortable sofa.
Kitchen area has, gas cooker, microwave, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment.
Has everything needed for everyday use ie, iron,pots pans, plates, cutlery, crockery, cups glasses, tea coffee sugar etc & a slow cooker.
Large dining table & 4 chairs.
2 doors to the caravan 1 front entering into the kitchen and 1 door entering by the bedroom area.
Caravan has its own personal WIFI & direct beach access but let's not forget a fun filled site that has not one but two club houses, restaurant, shop, chip shop, Launderette, indoor pool, soft play, mini arcade, park, caged football pitch, crazy golf, bag jump, high ropes, kids clubs, entertainment for all the family & NO passes are required.
You get ull use of Whitehouse Leisure park and our sister site golden gate.
Within the local area you will find a market & fair just a short walk away, lots of shops, arcades and amusements.
The most scenic views that are picture perfect and so many stunning places to visit within a short drive, castles, gardens etc and if you are National Trust members your choices are unlimited! And you will never get board so if it be a walk down the river to a stroll on the beach or get your heart racing on the fair we definitely have it covered.
From spending pennies in the arcade to pounds at the market you will never be board.
We welcome everyone with open arms & aim to give you the most enjoyable stay while you are busy making precious memories.

Our stunning Platinum Pemberton Knightsbridge caravan which is situated in St Pirans Close gives you the chance to stay in one of the most luxurious caravans on park where you can enjoy the sunshine, partial sea views & glorious sun sets from our furnished large gated decking. The partial sea views can also be enjoyed from within the caravan too especially with the sliding patio doors at the front. You will also find a 55" smart TV in the lounge & reliable free Wifi provided by Starlink.

This is one of the few caravans on park that actually has a bath with shower as well as an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom making it easier for larger families & ideal for younger children that don't like showers. Our caravan offers a high standard of interior furnishings as well as the home comforts of a dishwasher, washer dryer, integrated microwave & oven, 5 burner gas hob, integrated fridge freezer, classic electric flame effect fire, double glazing and central heating for those colder evenings; you can even close the sliding doors between the lounge and kitchen to make the lounge more snug & cosy. If more than 3 bedrooms are required we have additional sleeping in the lounge as our sofa converts to a double bed & you can close the sliding doors and put the latch across to give you the privacy of a bedroom.

We have a lovely kitchen diner with free standing dining table & chairs, a central island with storage & a pop up power socket. Theroom is lovely & bright due to the skylight & large dining room window & side door.

Our longer & wider caravan gives you more room to move around as it measures 42ft x 14ft and has 3 bedrooms 1 of which is double and the other two are twins which could be converted into doubles if you wish. The master bedroom boasts a dressing table with shaver point, hair dryer, travel cot, fan, tv hidden away in the cupboard above the dressing table which is ideal for watching while in bed if you so wish. The twin rooms have their own tvs, hairdryers & fans too.

Beds are made up for guests arrival & we even provide bath towels too. However, you will need to bring your own beach towels. We also provide a wine cooler, iron, ironing board, hoover, travel cot, baby changing mat, highchair, a buggy, hairdryers, fans, windbreak, mallet, parasol, picnic table & decking furniture for our guests to use to make their stay a little easier.

Outside we have a tarmac driveway, patio area & lawn to the side of the caravan which is enclosed with a fence to keep little ones safe from the road that runs along Chy-an-Mor at the front of the caravan.

Ideally situated to all the amenities plus just a 10-15 min walk to Bowleaze Cove via the footpath which leads over the hills which has a fun fair, arcade, The Shack and Sunset Bar all open to the public (seasonal only). Prices for play passes is shown in the last picture. Some other activities may incur an extra charge. Once I’ve had confirmation I will let Haven know and they will send an email with a ref no so that you are able to pre book your passes. These will be ready on your arrival and can be collected from reception. You will see there is a max price should there be max occupancy.

I pride myself on the location of the caravan which is why I purchased it. I will never compete with Haven because I offer to you luxury rather then a near empty caravan. I’ve spent of lot of money and time making sure the caravan is as comfortable as possible. Taking the stress away from my guests

There are also some fab walks along the coastline. You can also walk into Weymouth along the seafront which takes approximately 45 mins and also you have Lodmoor Nature Reserve. Here you will find the sea life centre (has to be pre-booked) sand sculpting, go-karts, golf, adventure golf (this has to be pre-booked)

3 nearby pubs 2 of them in Preston (The Bridge which is my local or Spice Ship) and the other in Sutton Poyntz called The Springhead all serve food and are dog and kid-friendly

Weymouth Bay, now has a bus route (fares apply) a few 100 metres from the caravan so no need to go to the main road. This will take you to town and from there you have lots of options to either change bus route to several other locations or take yourself for a walk through the town where you will find the harbour with a choice of pubs and restaurants. Seasonal only there is a fun fair at the front of the Pavillions also some rides along the weymouth seafront.

You can also walk to the other side to find more eating places and from there walk to the famous Nothe Fort. You also have a lovely walk here too in the gardens where there is a play area for kids.

Weymouth Bay is ideally situated should you wish to drive to other locations. There is Abbotsbury a lovely village where you can visit the swannery again a great place too for walkers. Portland which has Portland Bill and also a lovely Cove which is tucked away just behind Portland Castle. A lovely café is here too and you will find the food and service to be amazing.

Our diary is now open for 2025 in our lovely pet-friendly 2-bedroom silver 36x12 Abi summer breeze caravan on award-winning Golden Sands Holiday Park towny north Wales. Inside the caravan, you will find one king-size bedroom with en-suite and a 40" smart HD led fire tv with netflix and wifi one twin bedroom with bed rails and travel cot if needed and one pull-out double bed in the lounge all beds can be made up at no extra cost if required also in the lounge you will find an LG 43in smart full HD HDR TV with Netflix and wifi a DVD player. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find tea, coffee and sugar. Please bring your milk a fridge, freezer and a high chair for your little ones. The caravan is double-glazed and has gas central heating and an electric fire in the lounge for extra heating. You will find a lockable gated decking outside the caravan and seating in the double-bedroom wardrobe. There is parking right outside of the caravan, so no problem unloading. The caravan park is on the beachfront so there are no roads to cross and the caravan is only 3mins walk away and only 5mins from the Entertainment Complex with a bar, park, and pool there is also a fish and chip shop and launderette lots of places to walk and only a short walk along the beach to knightly fun park not far from the great ty prince market.
