Main toilet has a double shower and sink. Double bedroom with en suite toilet and sink. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Plenty wardrobe space for clothing. We will supply all bedding. Bring your own towels. Cleaning products and initial toilet paper provided.

Our beautiful family holiday home is located on the Seascape row which is on the elevated premier part of the site where Abbeyfords Connoisseur holiday homes are situated. A 10 minute walk to the beach and a scenic 25 minute walk takes you into St Andrews historical town.

The caravan has stunning 180 degree sea and harbour views with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The spectacular panoramic views include St Andrews Bay, harbour, East Sands, Cathedral, Rules Tower, West Sands, Old Course, River Tay coastline and the beautiful hills beyond. Car parking is available and the caravan is minutes from the clubhouse, park facilities and laundrette.

St.Andrews is the oldest university town in Scotland and is where Prince William met Kate. It is also home to the historic Old Course, the home of golf.

There are many attractions to keep you busy;

Stroll through the cobbled streets and alleyways

Visit the aquarium or West Sands made famous by the film Chariots of Fire or explore the ruins of the Cathedral.

Our caravan is ideally situated with spectacular sea views over East Sands and the harbour, the town of St. Andrews, and across the Firth of Tay to Monifieth and Carnoustie.

It has double-glazing and central heating and provides a warm cosy environment for cooler evenings and contains everything you need to make it a home from home.

The lounge, dining area, and kitchen are open plan with a wrap-round sofa, 45” TV and DVD player, USB points, board games, jig saws, and books.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a full-sized integrated fridge/freezer, gas hob, and oven with extractor hood, built-in microwave, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and crockery.

There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with duvets and pillows.

A linen package (Duvet sets, towels & tea towels) can be provided for a small charge if requested.

There is also a shower room with a large shower.

Outside there is a parking bay and decking with patio furniture.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. No hen or stag weekends.

A security bond of £100 will also be taken at the time of booking. Strictly no smoking inside the caravan.

The holiday home sleeps 6 people – one double bedroom with en suite toilet and washbasin and 2 twin bedrooms, all bedding supplied and beds made up for arrival. A separate shower room with a toilet and wash basin is located convenient to the bedroom area, To ensure your comfort in the event of chilly evenings, the caravan has a gas fire, central heating, and double glazing.
FREE WIFI is available in the property, as well as Blue Tooth surround sound.
We offer the use of a travel cot with bedding if travelling with babies/toddlers as well as a bed guard. There is a high chair available free of charge to ensure your little one can eat with the family.
For your relaxation in the living area, there is a 40"free view TV, a Play Station 3 (2 games) with a charging unit, there is also a radio. There is a 32" free view tv in the double bedroom ( hairdryer is also available). An attractive decking area with a table and chairs is provided, which offers a pleasant and tranquil setting for a quiet evening. The holiday home overlooks 2 beautiful fountains and has full wrap around decking for enjoying your morning coffee. Family games and DVDs are also available for you and your families enjoyment.

The kitchen has ample storage cupboards, a fridge freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, gas cooker, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, utensils, cutlery, china and glassware. Dish towels, hand towels, kitchen roll, and toilet roll will be supplied as is a welcome for your enjoyment.
