Welcome let me invite you into my lovely 3 bedroom caravan, situated on Sherwood. It is a clean and well kept site.
Time for the tour;
We have an veranda with table and chairs to have your morning cuppa on.
The first door you come to takes you into the hallway, to your right is the boiler cupboard.A wall mirror and the ironing board is found here too. Next is bedroom with 2 single beds in with a wardrobe. Then it is the double bed room with wardrobe and an area you can sit and put your makeup on. Another bedroom with 2 single beds in with a wardrobe. In the main Bedroom you will find in the cupboard above the mirror hairdryer and hair straighteners.
Opposite you will find our bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

Through the door you will find our Kitchen, it is fully equipped with Fridge with an icebox, oven/ grill, microwave, Kettle and toaster.
In the cupboard you will find oven trays, saucepans, In the wall units wine glasses, drinking glasses, mugs and plastic bowls etc for young children.
In the draws there is cutlery, foil etc. The iron is kept in here.
Through into the dinning area table with seating.
In the living area plenty of seating, with coffee table and a TV with freeview, Separate DVD machine.

We are dog friendly, just incase you have any allergies.
Please do not leave dogs alone in the caravan, unless crated. But not for hours. with it being a strange place for them also not ideal when the weather is hot. Lots of the pubs in the area are dog friendly and we do have a list, please let me know if you require it.

On site facilities include a shop, Launderette, information office, The Club Tropicana, Large family bar and restaurant. We also have an outdoor children's park and swimming baths. For more information on prices for the Club and swimming feel free to ask.

This stunning park is in a beautiful location on the Cumbrian coastline, in the Western Lakes. Ideally situated for exploring the magnificent Lake District without all the hustle & bustle that can often arise from being in the heart of The Lakes, it is yet only a 30-minute drive from Coniston.

With a 3-mile golden sandy beach perfect for families and dog lovers alike, Port Haverigg also boasts a 200-acre freshwater private lake which is not only stunning, but it is the only lake in the Lake District with NO speed restrictions, meaning it is a water sports enthusiast ‘dream come true’. The Lakes Aqua Park offers thrilling opportunities for all the family.

For the climbers and walkers, there is the mighty Scafell and the not-so-daunting Coniston Old Man, the Langdales, Tarn Hows and Black Coombe mountains. Golfers can delight in many golf courses including several challenging links courses within the area. Equestrians can enjoy horse riding on the beach and up the fells. The Lake District has many wonderful houses and castles to visit among them are Holker Hall; an Elizabethan House with a stunning garden, Muncaster Castle with its owl sanctuary, Levens Hall and its garden in its original 1694 design and stately topiary, Sizergh Castle and its fern and limestone garden, Beatrix Potter’s house at Hill Top and Dove Cottage in Grasmere which is home of the poet William Wordsworth.

For foodies, there is an endless supply of places to eat and drink. The on-site Ski bar is open 7 days a week and offers meals and drinks in spacious surroundings. From a traditional chippy in Haverigg to quaint 15th-century pubs in nearby Broughton-in-Furness, to Michelin-starred restaurants such as L’enclume in Cartmel.

With fantastic walks, water sports, outdoor adventures, coastline, and nearby beauty spots there is something for everyone. The Mayflower at Port Haverigg can offer the adventure you are looking for or equally be the quiet, relaxing retreat you desire.

It’s located on a popular Parkdean Resorts holiday park close to Scarborough, Filey & Bridlington. The park is across the road from a gorgeous beach reached by a subway. There’s lots to do and see both on the holiday park and in the surrounding area.

Caravan has double glazing & gas central heating which is ideal for early & late season holidays. We personally clean and prepare the caravan ready for our guests so it is maintained to a very high standard.

Caravan is situated on a quite area of the park (Pines, named after the pine trees which surround this area) with its own parking space and large wrap around veranda with plenty of seating which is ideal for dining alfresco and gets sun all day, weather permitting.

On entering caravan you are welcomed by the large homely open plan living/dining/kitchen area with integrated large fridge/freezer & microwave. In the kitchen there is a gas hob with extractor fan, gas oven & separate grill, kettle, toaster, halogen oven, slow cooker, sandwich toaster/grill, plenty of cooking utensils, pans & crockery.

On your left is a freestanding dining table & 4 chairs. The caravan is unusual as there is a step down into the lounge from the dining room. Here you will find a comfy corner sofa, with lots of cosy cushions, which contains the sofa bed, a 43” Smart TV & an Echo Dot which are both connected to WiFi, DVD player, CD/ DAB radio, coffee table and pouffe. A log effect electric fire can be used for effect only or to provide some welcome warmth on those chilly autum evenings. In the drawers you will find DVDs, games and a file containing local information.

Double doors at front of the lounge open onto the large wrap around veranda where you will find a rattan sofa set, round to the side of caravan is a large table & 6 sturdy chairs ideal for dining alfresco,

Through the door from the kitchen is a large shower room, a twin bedroom & a king size master bedroom with ensuite. Master bedroom has large sliding wardrobe with a full length mirror, large dressing table with mirror over, plenty of drawers to place all your bits & bobs, bedside cabinets, overbed/bedside lights, on the wall is a 24” flat screen Smart TV which is connected to WiFi. There is room in master for a travel cot. Twin room has 2 single beds, wardrobe, drawers, bedside chest, lamp & wall mounted 19" LCD TV/DVD. Both bedrooms have blackout roller blinds.

This is a real home from home caravan with many extras you will not get when you book through ParkdeanResorts. It is extremely well kept and used regularly by ourselves. We are sure you will not be disappointed however we cannot guarantee the weather.

Next door is a club/pub restaurant and laundrette. A fishing lake is available to use (small charge).
Just down the road is Hardys Animal park. And a Trampoline park.
And the very popular Woody's
Pub restaurant which holds daily and nightly entertainment.

£50 deposit is required to hold your dates. (none refundable if you cancel for any reason).

Stunning 3 bed u berth caravan with master bedroom fitted wardrobes and 2 x twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobe. There is also a separate toilet room for extra family convenience and another shower room fully fitted with another toilet and sink in. The kitchen is well designed for larger families with all the mod cons fitted including oven hob fridge freezer microwave kettle toaster and an air fryer. There is also a 6 seater dining table in the large kitchen for family dining. The lounge is very home from home with soft furnishing and a double pull out sofa bed for extra accommodation for 2 adults. There is a flat screen wall mounted TV and dvd player with a selection of DVDs for your viewing pleasure. There is also free unlimited Wi-Fi available. There are decked areas to thefrom]nt with outdoor seating and tables overlooking a lovely f]green. There is also a full length side deck so any pets are safe in this gated area.

The site has 2 x fishing lakes on and passes can be obtained from the site office at reception. Just opposite is a beautiful family bar that serves the most delicious food and has family entertainment free of charge no passes are required for here. There is an indoor soft play area for the little ones and an outdoor play area. Big screen sport tv and family entertain event throughout the night during the season.

You can at h an open top bus directly outside the caravan park to take you around ingoldmells Skegness chapel st Leonard’s and many other p,aces all day long.

It’s only a 5 min stroll from the site entrance to all the bars shops amusements and eateries and 5 mins from the caravan to the beach. The caravan is located right at the front of the park so it has very easy access to all the amenities
