Welcome to our comfortable and well-equipped 2-bedroom holiday caravan, tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac at Rockley Park. It’s the perfect base for families, couples or friends looking to relax by the coast while still having everything you need on hand.

Inside you’ll find a spacious king-size master bedroom and a twin room, along with a modern shower room. There’s also a sofa bed in the lounge – just let us know if you’d like to use it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a full-size gas oven and hob, fitted microwave, fridge freezer, and even an espresso coffee machine for your morning pick-me-up. The lounge area has a smart TV, Spotify-connect stereo/radio, and an electric fire with mood lighting, making it a cosy space to unwind at any time of year. You’ll also have dedicated Wi-Fi, central heating, and all linen and towels provided, so you can settle in straight away.

Outside, enjoy a veranda with decking, complete with table and chairs, plus a separate patio area and private parking for two cars right next to the van. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome — we’ve provided dog gates to keep muddy paws on the hard floor area and stop any sneaky escapes when the door’s open.

The caravan overlooks a pleasant garden area and enjoys a quiet location, just a 5-minute stroll along a path to the beach, making it easy to enjoy sea air morning or evening.

Stay at Seal Bay, Selsey: gorgeous 6 berth caravan with private enclosed garden for furry friends and dedicated parking bay. Many dates available passes bought separately direct from Seal.
This is an awarded winning premier site with the pebble beach just 5mins’ walk away.
Activities include indoor/outdoor pools, surf rider machine, bowling, funfair, three bars with clubhouse, two hosting live music, childrens’ soft play, crazy golf and many many more bookable activities.

The caravan boasts stunning super king master en-suite bedroom, a twin bedroom together with a comfy sofa pullout small double. Integrated fully furnished kitchen, ninja multi cooker, panini maker or toasted sandwiches, full sized fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Outdoor furniture on veranda, Juliette balcony and garden. This is an exceptionally lively caravan on the lively West Sands village.

Our new addiction is a SWIFT MARGAUX 2023 8-berth 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a en-suite, 2 larger than normal bedrooms with single beds. Goose and duck down feather bedding and pillows
our prestige caravan also has 2 w/c one being the main bathroom with a double shower cubicle enclosed with LED lighting.

The main living area creates a open plane feel with a upgraded kitchen with dish washer, full-size integrated fridge freezer, integrated microwave oven, full-sized gas oven with hob & extractor fan, air fryer, toaster, coffee machine and a slow cooker giving all the home from home features you will require for your stay.

The dining area has a no fixed dining table with 4 chairs on show with a extra 2 chairs if required.

The main feature is the lounge area with a 4 seater no fixed sofa which converts to a luxury double bed, a wall-mounted smart TV with Bluetooth speaker with all channels open including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and Apple TV.
There is also a 2 seater not fixed sofa situated to view the large open patio doors leading to a larger than average Veranda which you find Table and Chairs for outdoor dining and a corner suit for those chill and sunbathing moments

The Caravan is situated on the popular Willow Grove area on a larger than average prime plot, a sun worship dream having sun from sunrise to sunset. It is also close to the main entrance of Willow Grove and an area called The inner circle giving you a short walk to the Main Park, Supermarket, Leisure Centre and Laundrette.

Outside you will find a rear patio area with Composite Bench Seating & Table, BBQ Area and a Large Storage Shed to keep your pushchair and your cases safe etc.
