The caravan has its on enclosed decking, private car parking and right next to all the parks facilities and 2 minutes walk to the beach. Available all year round, preferred days are Fri to mon, mon to fr or Fri to Fri. Please message for alternate days. On Site you will find a park,pool,bar,arcade, shower, fish and chips and launderette. The site is situated right by the sea. In Towyn you will find plenty to do with many bars, eaterys, arcades, 2 amusement parks and the tir prince raceway and market.

The Main bedroom has an en-suite and a free-view TV, 55 inches Sky Q in the living area. Entertainment, Movies, and HD channels are All Provided. The living room looks out through French doors onto a balcony/veranda. Our caravan sleeps up to 4 people. There is a £50 refundable deposit to pay to book dates. Deposit is returned at end of your break once the caravan has been checked to make sure it's left in a clean and tidy condition.
Full payment for your break should be paid 2 weeks before the start date otherwise you will lose your deposit and your break, if you are having difficulties please speak to us, we're all human, we're here to help.

There is a £25 charge for bringing your dog that goes towards the cleaning of the caravan

Close to all amenities access to Winkups entertainment no passes needed unless you are wanting to use the pool, amusement arcades, pubs, bars, cafes, fish & chip shops, Gift shops, sandbank bakery. are in walking distance no need to drive

Short walk to Knightlys funfair and the Long bar also close by to Towyns well known and very popular Tir prince market and Tir Prince fun land A good interaction for all Ages

A short drive to Rhyl Prestatyn and Llandudno and Conwy which offers great shopping and days out for the kids including Welsh mountain Zoo and Zip land.

Living Room - Enjoy an unobstructed view of the seafront from the open plan living area consisting of a large comfortable lounge area with a 32" smart TV with freeview and unlimited wifi and Netflix. The dining area has a table and sofa and stools where you can sit and appreciate excellent food with stunning sea views.

Kitchen - The Kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and pots and pans required to cook a nice family meal.

Bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twin rooms having ample storage space (if required, sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases supplied for an additional cost).

Toilets - A family shower room with toilet and a separate toilet with hand basin (towels not supplied).

Deposit - A deposit of £100 will secure your booking and the agreed holiday price is to be paid 6 weeks before the check-in date.
The deposit will be refunded on the day after checkout if there are no breakages/damages and the caravan is clean and tidy as you found it. If damage/breakages exceed £100 this will be chargeable and will have to be paid within 28 days of receipt of invoice.
