We have a lovely 3 Bed Caravan sited on Butlin’s Caravan Park, Skegness. She has a full wrap around Deck that catches the Sun all day.Price will include passes and Beds made up on Arrival.
She is sited on the Sandhills area of Butlin’s Caravan Park. On a quiet, roomy plot with parking and plenty of green area around us so you do not feel on top of everyone else. She is a five min stroll to the main attraction’s of Butlin’s, however you can take your car down if you you prefer. She is close enough to all the fun but far enough away for a bit of piece and quiet when you want it.
You’ll find everything you need to enjoy your stay, the only things you will need to take are your own Towels and Milk for a cuppa when you get there.

infants under 2 on arrival are Free

Butlins insists that everyone must have a wristband even if you do not intend to use any of the Butlins facilities or entertainments

For adult only Music weekends, There are no passes included in the price and all guests must have ordered a wristband when booking. These are not available through Butlin's direct or at the gate and if you don't have a wristband pre-ordered when you arrive, they will not let you enter.

With all of our bookings we will ask for a deposit of £100 to secure the dates. There will also be a £100 refundable security bond which will be returned to you after the caravan has been checked and found to be in a good condition.

During this break there is NO Butlins redcoat Entertainment or shows. the pool, funfair, skypark, bowling, bars, restaurants are all open but may have different opening hours. For instance, over previous years the pool and funfair have had more late night sessions than usual. .

One of our 4 bedroom, 10 berth caravan with Double glazing and central heating,
has a gated full length decking area with patio furniture and a private, numbered tarmac parking space right outside.
On entering you will find a welcome hamper with some essentials and a few treats. The last thing you want after a long journey is to go to the shops for some milk.
In the Lounge area there is a Smart Tv connected to the free unlimited Wi-Fi.
A Games condole and a selection of games suitable for all ages and various DVD's, books and board games.
On into the kitchen, as well as the items you would expect to find in the kitchen, we provide all the little things you will need, such as washing up liquid, hand towels and tea-towels, tea, coffee & sugar along with condiments.
There is also a washing machine and fridge/freezer.
There are 4 bedrooms, 1 double and 3 twin rooms (there is a pull-out double bed hidden in the lounge). Each of the bedrooms has a Tv
The Shower room houses a toilet, hand wash basin and obviously, the shower. Again, we provide toilet rolls, hand soap and hand sanitiser. Additionally, there is a second toilet down the corridor.

A Highchair, Travel cot, bed guard and push chair can be provided on request. Again, no extra charge.

The only thing we do not provide is bath towels.

C2 Pacehaven is located in the Highfield And The Haven caravan park, The caravan comprises of all that you would need for a family holiday or retreat away.

C2 is beautifully decorated throughout, also has a shed to the side with a washing machine and more extras if requiring for a day out on Skegness beach.

The caravan has one double room and two single bedrooms with two beds. All with a little storage for all your personal belongings.

Our caravan also has a veranda with lighting even on the posts so you can enjoy some quiet quality time with a drink at the table or for a morning coffee watching the sun rise or set.

With our newly installed wi-fi you can connect to any devices while you stay.

A family pub and retail park with Aldi across from park entrance . Just down the road is an Italian restaurant which I highly recommend, 15 mins walk to Skegness town and the Beach with Fantasy island not far too for much more exciting entertainment. Plenty to do within Skegness for shopping or attractions on the seafront with lots of coastal walks too.

If you feel like a drive there are plenty of other locations to explore too more info on the local area in the reception.

Costings of rental have been reflected in price to keep rental to a minimum.

a short drive or bus ride away , on site there’s a play park arcade mini supermarket laundrette and Chinese takeaway . on site entertainment showbar and indoor pool passes are needed to be purchased for use I need 14 days prior notice to order from site . Bed linen and towels not provided , lots to do in area farm fun fair rites bouncy castles pubs ,bars ,food bingo amusements etc something for all ages in walking distance from our caravan. There’s always something going on in the area from festivals parades to fear island firework displays throughout the season
