Private Static Caravans for rent Sandy Balls Holiday Centre, Fordingbridge

We have a lovely, 3 bedroom Caravan to rent that we purchased new in 2020.
It has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, TV and en suite shower room with sink and WC. It also has two twin bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room as well as a wardrobe and TV in each.
We also have a family bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

There is a dishwasher, washing machine, larder cupboard and dining table in the open plan kitchen and a large smart TV, warm fireplace and two sofas in the lounge.

We provide WiFi and there is a large, secure, wrap around decking with furniture and a hot tub (extra cost for hot tub).
Beyond the decking is an open area of grass for playtime and it is a short stroll to the main square without being too close or noisy.

Sandy Balls also has the added benefit of the facilities which includes an indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna and an outdoor pool in the summer.
There is a gym, a small spa, an arcade, a restaurant, pub and shop all on site and there is evening entertainment at the weekend and in the school holidays. There is also the option of paid activities like slime making,alpaca walks, nerf challenge and small car driving!

Please note that usage of the pool facilities is paid per person or via an activity pass for the whole caravan per stay. This is paid for directly with Sandy Balls.

I will send more details about onsite activities, activity pass costs and linen and towel hire upon request.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non refundable if cancellation is less than 48 hours notice as I am unable to rebook.

We prefer no pets but will consider a short haired pet (due to muddy paws, hair and doggy smell for the next booking). We do have a dog but use a crate and appreciate that not everyone uses one.

We take bookings Friday to Sunday (3 nights) at £180-250 per night and Monday to Friday (4 nights) which is between £100-120 depending on time of year and last minute availability. Please enquire for a price for the dates you want.

The Cabin is situated on our Farm with direct access onto The New Forest. There are many tracks and paths that can be explored by walkers and cyclists alike.The wonderful expanse of both open heathland and woodland enclosures make it an ideal location for family or couple retreat holidays.
The Farm also was a Pottery and Tom's Father and Mother both produced and sold pots up until 2018 . They have now retired and the Pottery unfortunately is closed .
There is a local pub the Fighting Male Chicken , easy 15min walk from the property, and also within the village of Godshill is a large Holiday Center with a Cycle Shop/Hire , Restaurant , Swimming Pool/Spa and Small Supermarket.
The Forest Ponies and Cattle graze freely outside the gate so the landscape is forever changing.If you are luck and get up early there is a wonderful amount of Roe and Fallow Deer in this area .
We do allow well behaved Dogs to stay at the property ( max 2 ) but we ask you to let us know if you are bring a four legged friend.

Your next holiday ‘HOME FROM HOME’ could be our Regal Regency, 37x12 - 3 bedroom caravan situated on a quiet pitch on the very popular, family & dog friendly Oakdene Forest Park in St. Leonards, Dorset.

In our holiday home you will find central heating, double glazing, an electric fire, fridge freezer, full size gas cooker, microwave,Air Fryer and sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glasses for six people.

The large, comfortably carpeted lounge area will easily seat the whole family and has a SMART TV and DVD player, plus a radio/CD/tape unit.  Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the park.

There are three bedrooms, one double and two with twin beds.  One of the two bathrooms has a large walk-in shower, basin and toilet, while the other has toilet and basin.

Outside is a private parking space and decking area with space for sitting outside with your evening glass of wine.

We do not include site Passes, these can be purchased on line or at site reception, as required.

We DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN OR TOWELS, but DO provide pillows and duvets. However, you will need to provide your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

As dog lovers ourselves, we are happy to accept ONE SMALL, well-behaved dog and well-behaved children.  

WE WILL NOT accept ALL MALE or ALL FEMALE groups or NON-FAMILY groups.

Prices quoted are for up to six people for seven nights from Saturday to Saturday, although we will consider shorter times depending on the time of year.

Foxglove Fourteen is a holiday place just outside Ringwood in the New Forest, Sleeps 4/6 people. One kingsize bed with en-suite (TV on wall), and one bedroom with two singles. Yawn air bed available if for 6 people to be inflated in lounge.Bathroom with shower. Kitchen with full size gas cooker, full size fridge freezer, and fully stocked utensils and utilities in kitchen. Lounge, one three seater sofa and one four seater sofa, Smart TV with Freeview, disney +, Netflix etc. Small selection of games,puzzles and books. BBQ and outside seating with umbrella.

Bedding provided along with towels (need pool towels) and comp tea, coffee etc.

Entertainment hub onsite with indoor and outdoor pool (weather permitting). With slide,jacuuzi and steam. Gym, fully stocked shop, arcades and various entertainment day and night (some fees apply). Outside play areas for children and Hurn Forest on your doorstep.

Within 25 minutes on less we have Bournemouth Beach, Poole, Sandbanks, Peppa Pig world (Paultons Park)Christchurch, Lymington, to name a few with endless activities on options including horse riding, go ape, water skiing, reptile centres, paddle boarding, to name a small amount.

Tulip is located on Oakdene Forest Park.

This lodge sleeps 4 guests with space for a travel cot across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; 1 king bedroom with shower and toilet en-suite as well as a walk in wardrobe, also a twin bedroom with space for a travel cot. There is also a family bathroom with a double size shower.

Our lodge has double glazing and central heating in every room to provide comfort all year round. It is designed for a home from home feel with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

Tulip is a light and airy lodge with two sets of French doors leading to the front and side of the lodge as well as a skylight in the kitchen.

The lodge comes complete with free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Dishwasher, American fridge freezer, Washing machine, Air fryer, Wine cooler, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, glasses, utensils and everything you will need to make a yummy breakfast or a hearty dinner!

We are on a very sunny pitch close to the facilities and have a large decking and grass area.

Complementary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar will be there when you arrive.

Bed linen is provided and all rooms will be ready for you after your journey (unless you request no linen).

Bookings & Conditions

We are on a very sunny pitch and have a decking and patio area, complete with 2 x patio sets for a nice day.
Foxglove is also located a minutes walk from the exercise field.

I am the new owner of this Lodge this had a 5 star rating with the previous owner and I want to maintain that rating so I would ask that you treat with care and respect please.

KEY SAFE/ENTRY –

The key code will be provided to you on your check in day, (as it is changed every booking).
Boiler/Heating/Hot Water

Constant hot water is through a combi boiler (we have mains gas) .The boiler is located in the small storage cupboard in the en-suite shower room. and is on a timer but with the good old british weather we understand it can get chilly - instructions are in the cupboard on how to 'boost'

Parking
There are two parking spaces next to each other in front of the lodge.

Relax and unwind in our self-check-in luxury caravan situated a minute away from Hoburne Bashley amenities.

Sleeps up to 6 guests, allocated parking at the front of the unit, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, dish-washer… you name it), cosy large sofa (could sleep two) with coffee table, HDTV, electric fireplace, separate dining table, outdoor lounge on the private decking, full bathroom with shower, en-suite in the master bedroom. BBQ, washing machine, private shed.

Amenities in Bashley include anything from heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam bath, to restaurant, beauty h and spa, laundrette, shop, golf, minigolf, archery, picnic area in the woods, weekly events and activities for children…

And for the first bookings of 2024, we are including the weekly pass for the Park (worth £50) and taking cleaning fees ON US (worth £60).

Parking is allocated, but you will find plenty in the area. The pitch is on a corner, so the decking offers more space around.

All you need will be included, from linen to a welcome kit, and you can refill your kitchen at the local shop, or in New Milton, 5 minutes with car. Seaside is a 10 minutes drive!

All our caravans are 3 or 2 bedroom. They are all equipped with freeview TV's, DVD's, DVD librarys, electric oven & hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, clean tea towel, oven gloves & bath mats.

Beds are equipped with mattress protectors, duvets, pillows and pillow protectors. We can provide club passes, bed linen, travel cots, bed guards, high chairs and pet cages, at a small additional cost.

An information folder will be provided, including recommended places to eat out, New Forest walks, cycle routes, events, attractions and local info.

We offer a fast call out service if you experience any caravan related problems during your stay.

Hoburne Bashley is a clean and well maintained 100 acre park, with many excellent facilities. These include 2 heated outdoor swimming pools (May – September), heated indoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna & steam room. There are many outdoor facilities like a 9 hole golf course, crazy golf, adventure play park, tennis courts & football field.

In the parks club is a bar with satellite TV, restaurant, amusement arcade & childrens soft play area. During the peak weeks there is evening entertainment for all the family, and kids clubs. Also on site is a convenience store and launderette.

The area offers idyllic walks through the beautiful historic New Forest where you can see Deer, Cattle & Ponies roaming freely. Locally there are many attractions, places you can fish, horse ride and hire bicycles. The park is 1 mile from New Milton, and minutes drive to the local beaches at Barton On Sea and Highcliffe. Also nearby is beaches at Christchurch, Mudeford and Milford On Sea – which offers spectacular views of the Solent, Isle Of Wight & The Needles. Lymington is about 6 miles away where to can go on deep sea fishing trips, or take a ferry to the Isle Of Wight for a day trip.
