All bedding, bed linen and WIFI provided.

J4 is. 6 berth 2 bed caravan with full wrap around veranda overlooking the fishing lakes with the beach directly behind. It has a master king size bedroom with walk in dressing room and en suite facilities. The second bedroom has twin beds with wardrobe and mirror. The lounge is beautifully decorated with electric fire suite wrap around sofa with a double pull out bed that sleeps two. Flat screen tv and dvd player with a selection of DVDs and also has a PlayStation console with a selection of games. Free WIFI. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons including an air fryer microwave toaster kettle dining table upright fridge freezer. The twin bed has two single beds with fitted wardrobe and mirror
The master bed is a king size bedroom with walkin dressing room and en-suite toilet fa polities. The master bathroom has an extr large shower toilet and sink. There is a full wrap around veranda which over looks the beautiful lakes with outdoor furniture and the beach is directly behind .

3 bedroom caravan on the Grange,Ingoldmells sleeps 7 plus a travel cot,10 minute walk to fantasy island, and a few minutes walk to woodys pub and restaurant with entertainment and childrens play area also soft indoor play, we have free WiFi, dvd player, extra TV in main bedroom, hairdryer and iron are provided, dvds and games, also bikes, bucket and spades and garden furniture for guests to use, bed linen can be provided if required, parking space in front of the caravan, great central location with entrance to both sea lane, for fantasy island, markets, shops, arcades, pubs and beach,and also entrance to anchor lane, for woody's, beach, arcades, Hardys animal farm, trampoline park and shops, bars and restaurants,there is also the bus stop outside main gates to skegness or the opposite direction to chapel st leonards, sorry no pets and no smoking in the caravan

The caravan park provides a childrens park and its own shop which provides all you could need.

Upon leaving the caravan park you are surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, arcades, soft play and even bingo. Fantasy Island is a 4 minute walk and your closest beach is 11 minutes away walking.

£75 deposit is taken to secure your date. After your stay, a caravan clean & check will be completed. When is finished and everything is as found when checking in the deposit will be refunded

MOLLIES DEN 2 is located on The Grange Caravan Park on Chapel Road. It is a lovely home from home 8 Berth caravan with 3 bedrooms. A master double bedroom and two further twin bedrooms. A modern kitchen area with full sized fridge freezer, an air fryer, and everything else that you need including a separate dining area. It has a good sized lounge with a lovely fireplace with electric flame effect fire, smart TV with Freeview and seating for 8. The sofa converts into a further double bed. Outside it has full sized lockable decking with seating. The Grange is situated on the A52 between Ingoldmells and Skegness and is the only static caravan holiday park with direct access to Ingoldmells village. It is close to all local attractions, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, featuring top artists such as tribute acts, bands etc. It is also close to arcades and shops and just a short distance away from Fantasy Island. Skegness is 3 miles away and accessible either by car or local bus service. Chapel St Leornards and Mabelthorpe are both short distances away. Local restaurants and takeaways offer various types of cuisine including Pizza, Indian and Chinese food, Kebabs, traditional pub food and good old fish n chips.

Our caravan is situated just behind Luna Park/Glen Park Market on Sea Lane in Ingoldmells across the road from Fantasy Island theme park.

The beach, all attractions, restaurants, cafés, amusements and markets are a short 2-minute walk.
