There is a tasteful dining area with table and chairs. The lounge has an electric fire suit built in with a 3 piece suite and the sofa has a pull out double sofa bed which can be used for extra sleeping arrangements. It’s carpeted throughout. There is a free view to with dvd player with over a 100 free view channels and dvds supplied for your viewing pleasure. It’s a beautiful home from home caravan with added little extras for that special feel. Parking is directly in from of the caravan…it has gated very large decking verander with outdoor seating and has a great location on the park right near the reception so only a 5 min walk from the beach, bars, amusement, shops etc…fantasy island is a further 15 min walk away or 5 min car ride. The infamous woodies is right opposite where the location of the caravan is and they do family and adult entertainment and serve delicious food. They also have a fabulous soft play area for children and show the latest sport to action on large screen tvs.

The lounge has a double sofa bed which sleeps an extra 2 adults and a fully fitted electric feature fireplace, wall mounted free view flat screen TV and dvd player with a large selection of dvds for your viewing pleasure. Free unlimited Wi-Fi. The patio doors lead onto a beautiful decked area with seating and tables overlooking a gorgeous green. There is also a side decked area with a large table and six chairs and an umberella for extra outdoor dining.

Located on Anchor Lane with a variety of shops bars and eateries all within a 5 min walking distance from the site entrance. The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the caravan. There are two lakes on-site for fishing and you can obtain a fishing pass from the site office at reception. Fantasy island is a mere 15 min walk from the site entrance or a 2 minute car drive away. There are open top busses that go all around ingoldmells, Skegness, chapel st Leonard’s and mablethorpe that you can get in just outside the site entrance. There is an animal farm next door where children can have an animal experience and tractor rides. Also just a few minutes walk down anchor lane is a state of the arts trampoline centre and cafe to keep the family entertained on rainy days.

There is so much more to explore around the surrounding areas including the Lincolnshire wildlife park where you can find lions tigers monkeys bears and play areas just a 2o min drive away. This is a great day out for all the family. You can even eat lunch in a TP tent.

She is sited on the Sandhills area of Butlin’s Caravan Park. On a quiet, roomy plot with parking and plenty of green area around us so you do not feel on top of everyone else. She is a five min stroll to the main attraction’s of Butlin’s, however you can take your car down if you you prefer. She is close enough to all the fun but far enough away for a bit of piece and quiet when you want it.
You’ll find everything you need to enjoy your stay, the only things you will need to take are your own Towels and Milk for a cuppa when you get there.

A high end 2 bedroom Pemberton Rivendale Lodge which is furnished and equipped to a very high standard - the lodge is very spacious 44’ x 20’ (880 sq ft). The large wrap around decking which is furnished with a rattan sofa set is the perfect spot for relaxing and watching the ducks go by in the pond or sit at the dining table and have your breakfast or morning coffee.

The accommodation comprises:

Kitchen Area - with fully integrated appliances including dishwasher, microwave and gas oven/hob, American fridge/freezer and dining table and chairs.

Lounge Area - with two settees and wall mounted TV

This luxury lodge on Southview Holiday Park has mains gas, electric and water and is fully double glazed. Outside we have a large wrap around decking area and a smaller decking area leading from the master bedroom.
Parking for 2 vehicles is available.

The lodge is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and is one of the largest lodges on the park.

For your added peace of mind, the lodge will be fully cleaned and sanitized after each guest. Please note that we do not use the Park's cleaning team therefore you can be assured that your holiday home will be cleaned to a high standard.

Duvets and pillows are supplied together with bedding. Towels are not supplied.

£75 deposit required with balance due 4 weeks before your stay. Instalments accepted please enquire.

Entertainment passes are NOT included, but can be purchased on site.

No pets allowed.
