There is a raised dining area with table and chairs with overhead skylights and mood lighting. The kitchen has double sink 5 ring job and double oven side by side under counter fridge freezer wine rack air fryer microwave kettle toaster and beautifully fitted units the house bathroom has shower toilet sink and large mirror and houses the boiler. The twin room has 2 large single beds with fitted robes and mirrors. The master bedroom is a king size bed with fitted robes and a tv with an en-suite which has a full size bath shower toilet and wall to wall mirror
The outside has a large deck area with outdoor furniture and parasol over looking the green with the lakes directly behind. This is simply stunning and tastefully decorated throughout.

The caravan is fully central heated. The kitchen comprises of high level ovens a separate hob with kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, all crockery, pans, glass wear you could need for your self catering holiday needs. There is a tasteful dining area with table and chairs. The lounge has an electric fire suit built in with a 3 piece suite and the sofa has a pull out double sofa bed which can be used for extra sleeping arrangements. It’s carpeted throughout. There is a free view to with dvd player with over a 100 free view channels and dvds supplied for your viewing pleasure. It’s a beautiful home from home caravan with added little extras for that special feel. Parking is directly in from of the caravan…it has gated very large decking verander with outdoor seating and has a great location on the park right near the reception so only a 5 min walk from the beach, bars, amusement, shops etc…fantasy island is a further 15 min walk away or 5 min car ride. The infamous woodies is right opposite where the location of the caravan is and they do family and adult entertainment and serve delicious food. They also have a fabulous soft play area for children and show the latest sport to action on large screen tvs.

The views from here you will often see rabbits hopping around herons ducks geese and plenty more wildlife. Inside the lounge has beautiful fitted units with gas fire and surround. There is a large flat screen free view to and dvd player with over 100 free view channels plus a selection of dvds for your viewing pleasure. There are two extra long settles with a double pull out bed in one or you could use both settles as single beds on top sleepers on each sofa. Carpeted throughout and fully central heated for those warm cosy night. Little extras adding that comfort feel are present all over the caravan. The caravan is close to 2 fishing lakes on site with great course fishing, day passes available from the site office. Out of the park you are a 5 min walk to the beach and all the shops, bars eateries. Another 15 min stroll and your at the fabulous fantasy island and markets with an abundance of places to go. Just opposite the site is the amazing woodies that do family and adult entertainment and serve amazing food. There is also a great soft play area for the kiddies here…to the left of the park is an animal experience which is great for the kiddies and a little further on a state of the arts trampoline park for all ages. There is a bus stop right outside the park entrance where you can take an open top bus all over ingoldmells and into Skegness which is a mere 3.5 miles down the road.

MOLLIES DEN is a homely 6 berth caravan in the heart of Ingoldmells. The caravan has 2 Bedrooms, 1 Master with a King Size bed and en-suite, the 2nd Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedding provided for both bedrooms. A Family bathroom with full sized sit down shower, wash basin and W/C, Large kitchen area with tall fridge freezer and all utensils. Dining room area with extendable table and a Large sized lounge with 5 seater sofa which converts in to a further double bed with an electric fire and Smart TV with Freeview built in and guest accounts for Netflix and Disney+, also a DVD player with a number of DVDs provided for your viewing pleasure. The caravan also has the luxury of a furnished outside decking patio area. The caravan is located at Waterside Leisure Park on Anchor Lane. Waterside Leisure Park covers an area in excess of approximately 50 acres and has well maintained, landscaped areas and features include 2 large fishing lakes and a beautiful ornamental pond.
The site has direct gated access to the lovely unspoilt beach at Ingoldmells. Featuring miles of unbroken sand and a gentle gradient to the sea, the beach is one of the most picturesque and safe in the country. Ingoldmells beaches have a Blue Flag Award meaning the area is safe for paddling, bathing and swimming. Conveniently located at the park entrance is a car park and reception. The Waterside Tavern is a family friendly bar on-site and directly opposite is Woody’s Bar and Restaurant, a popular entertainment bar hosting entertainment and showing live sports events.

**** A £75 deposit / security bond is required at time of booking to secure dates. Once checked in the deposit becomes the security/damage bond and will be returned to you after checkout and caravan is inspected and cleaned with no damage or missing items reported within 7 days****

Welcome let me invite you into my lovely 3 bedroom caravan, situated on a cul-de-sac on a clean and well kept site.
Time for the tour;
We have an veranda with table and chairs to have your morning cuppa on.
The first door you come to takes you into the living room which has a large flat screen TV with freeview, separate DVD, with coffee table near the seating and dinning table. In the Kitchen you will find it fully equipped with fridge with ice box, oven/grill, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Cookware, plastic bowls etc for young children. Dinnerware set, mugs, drinking glasses and wine glasses.
We also provide iron and ironing board, hair dryer and hair straighteners.
For your safety our caravan is fitted with smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm.
No smoking in our caravan.
Next you will walk into the hallway ~ firstly you will see our bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.
Their are 3 bedrooms, we have 2 twin rooms with single beds and one double bedroom.
Plus cupboard with the water heater in.
We are dog friendly, just incase you have any allergies.
Please do not leave dogs alone in the caravan. Lots of the pubs in the area are dog friendly and we do have a list, please let me know if you require it.
On site facilities include a shop, Launderette, information office, Large family bar and restaurant with a outdoor children's park.
