We have a lovely 3 Bed Caravan sited on Butlin’s Caravan Park, Skegness. She has a full wrap around Deck that catches the Sun all day.Price will include passes and Beds made up on Arrival.
She is sited on the Sandhills area of Butlin’s Caravan Park. On a quiet, roomy plot with parking and plenty of green area around us so you do not feel on top of everyone else. She is a five min stroll to the main attraction’s of Butlin’s, however you can take your car down if you you prefer. She is close enough to all the fun but far enough away for a bit of piece and quiet when you want it.
You’ll find everything you need to enjoy your stay, the only things you will need to take are your own Towels and Milk for a cuppa when you get there.

Mollies Den 3 is a homely 8 berth 3 bedroom Caravan on the beautiful Waterside Leisure Park in Ingoldmells. It has 1 double bedroom and two twin rooms all with smart TV's. There is free WiFi throughout the caravan. It features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including an air fryer and microwave. The lounge area comfortably seats 8 people with ease and also features a sofa bed. There is a 40" Smart TV with guest account for Netflix and also a DVD player. Outside there is a large gated decking area with patio area for dining. Waterside is a lovely park with fishing lakes, natural wildlife and also gated access to the beach. It has a tavern onsite and is close to all amenities and Fantasy Island is just a short distance away. Local attractions include various bars with nightly entertainment including top vocalists, bands and tribute acts. Restaurants of various descriptions serving food of all descriptions including the traditional seaside dish of Fish n Chips and also Chinese, Indian and Kebab restaurants. Skegness is less than 10 mins away and Chapel St Leonards and Mabelthorpe are both short drives or bus rides away. Children can enjoy a trip to Hardys animal farm on Anchor Lane.

The lounge has a double sofa bed which sleeps an extra 2 adults and a fully fitted electric feature fireplace, wall mounted free view flat screen TV and dvd player with a large selection of dvds for your viewing pleasure. Free unlimited Wi-Fi. The patio doors lead onto a beautiful decked area with seating and tables overlooking a gorgeous green. There is also a side decked area with a large table and six chairs and an umberella for extra outdoor dining.

Located on Anchor Lane with a variety of shops bars and eateries all within a 5 min walking distance from the site entrance. The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the caravan. There are two lakes on-site for fishing and you can obtain a fishing pass from the site office at reception. Fantasy island is a mere 15 min walk from the site entrance or a 2 minute car drive away. There are open top busses that go all around ingoldmells, Skegness, chapel st Leonard’s and mablethorpe that you can get in just outside the site entrance. There is an animal farm next door where children can have an animal experience and tractor rides. Also just a few minutes walk down anchor lane is a state of the arts trampoline centre and cafe to keep the family entertained on rainy days.

There is so much more to explore around the surrounding areas including the Lincolnshire wildlife park where you can find lions tigers monkeys bears and play areas just a 2o min drive away. This is a great day out for all the family. You can even eat lunch in a TP tent.

They also have a fabulous soft play area for children and show the latest sport to action on large screen tvs.

Carry on for another 15 mins or a mere 5 min car drive away and your in the heart of ingoldmells fantasy island and markets with an array of things to do. There is a bus stop directly outside the park where you can catch open top buses regularly to take you all over ingoldmells and Skegness which is a mere 4 miles down the road away. Our cosy 2 bedroom 6 berth caravan has a master bedroom with ensuite toilet and a twin bedroom,pull out sofa bed in lounge,a fully equipped kitchen including full size fridge frezzer,gas oven and hob,microwave, toaster, kettle, dual airfryer,coffee machine,in the lounge is a smart TV,WiFi, we also provide a travel cot, high chair,iron and full sized ironing board, hairdryer,a dining table and four chairs,outside there is wrap around decking and large veranda with quality outdoor furniture,situated next to a lovely duck pond,our caravan is in a peaceful spot but also close to amenities and entertainment, onsite facilities include swimming pool with water slide, crazy golf,high ropes,climbing wall, multi sports court,arcade,showbar,boat house pub and restaurant, fish and chips shop,pizza box and fried chicken,there is lots of other activities available, passes need to be purchased for the activities and entertainment.
We are only a 5 minute drive from skegness which has an abundance of entertainment, an aquarium, seal sanctuary,funfair,lots of amysents and shops etc,there are some lovely coastal wzlk too.
