Lovely 2 bedroom, fully equipped static caravan for hire on Sandy Glade Holiday Park on Coast Road, in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset.

Our double glazed and central heated caravan on Sandy Glade Holiday Park, has 2 bedrooms; a double with en-suite a twin bedded room. There is also a double pull-out bed in the lounge, so the caravan will comfortably sleep 6 guests.

Our fully equipped caravan has everything you could need whilst you’re on holiday. The kitchen is fully kitted out and includes all cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. It also has a microwave.

Bookings & Conditions

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Upon paying for your holiday in full (required 4 weeks before your arrival), a further £50 security deposit is required, which will be refunded following your stay as long as the caravan has been left clean and tidy with no loss, damage and/or breakages (the odd cup or plate not a problem - accidents happen. Just let us know).



Location

Sandy Glade Holiday Park is an award-winning John Fowler holiday park. Facilities on site include a large clubhouse with nightly entertainment, an indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor play area, and a food establishment serving breakfast, lunch, dinners, pizzas etc.

The beach is just a stone’s throw away. So too are pubs, restaurants, a funfair and bus routes.

Our Pemberton Riverton caravan, sited in an elevated position on plot 589 in the popular and peaceful Chy-an-Mor area of the park, has stunning panoramic sea views which can be seen through the first glass-fronted deck to be built on Haven’s Perran Sands site.

The caravan faces west and so the sun shines on the front deck all afternoon until setting directly in front as you watch from the veranda or from the comfort of the lounge through the panoramic sliding glass doors.

On clear nights you can see down the coast to the glistening lights of St Ives some 17 miles away, and incredible views of stars and planets millions of miles away!

Your allocated parking space is immediately behind the holiday home and a gated ramp leads to the side door entrance which is accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs, or through front sliding patio doors which span almost the entire front elevation of the caravan.

Inside the six-berth holiday home you’ll find the best there is too, featuring:
- A spacious open-plan lounge and dining area featuring a long curved sofa with an integrated pull-out sofa bed, a faux leather armchair, 40” TV, DVD player, flame-effect electric fire, dining table and panoramic sliding doors to the front elevation offering unique views of Perran Sands through the glass-fronted decking area
- Kitchen area with a breakfast bar with two bar stools, an integrated American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer and a double cavity oven and hob
- Master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, wall-mounted TV and en-suite bathroom with full-size bath

There are a few bits and bobs available for your use, a Weber charcoal BBQ, body boards, a windbreak and vacuum cleaner - and a pair of binoculars to look out for those elusive dolphins!

In line with all private owners we cannot offer Haven's entertainment passes, and the holiday is similar to Haven's 'Hideaway' conditions. Play passes are available directly from Haven on arrival, subject to sufficient availability.

Bookings & Conditions

Available for full weeks with changeovers on Saturdays. Check-in is by 2pm and checkout by 10am.

A £250 deposit by bank transfer or cheque is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

Number 13 is a 4/6 berth caravan with 2 bedrooms; one king size double bedded room with en-suite toilet and one twin bedded room both bedrooms have TV's. There’s also a pull -out double bed in the lounge.
Our lovely holiday caravan on Warren Bay Holiday Park, also benefits from having has gas central heating and double glazing.

The family bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave and fridge with freezer, plus many extra items to make your stay feel like home. There’s also an iron and ironing board hair dryer hover etc provided.

To the one side of our lovely caravan on Warren Bay Holiday Park, is a decking area with patio table and chairs and a lockable gate. There’s also private parking for two cars.

We DO NOT include bed linen or towels in our rental cost, but they can be provided on request for a small fee of £10 per double or twin set, plus £2 per set of towels per person.

We DO include in our cost, a small starter hamper, which includes a J cloth, tea towel, bath mat, black bin bag, two small white bin bags, washing up liquid, hand soap, tea, coffee, white sugar and milk and coffee pods, as there is no shop on the site also No Club House or Swimming Pool and the nearest shop is in Watchet, with the nearest supermarket in Minehead.

Location

Warren Bay Holiday Park is in the countryside away from any main roads and shops, so is very quiet.

We do ask for NO parties or loud music. Quiet time is after 10.30pm.

On site there is a Reception that opens some mornings for two hours. This is when you are able to buy your laundry tokens (£5) for dryer and washing machines which is sited just opposite the Reception. if you are unable to catch the reception open there are tokens in the caravan we just leave a honisty box

The area around the park is great for walking and there is a path from the site down to the pebbly beach, from which you are able to watch many fishing and large ships go by, or walk (if the tide is right) to Watchet or Blue Anchor.

Warren Bay Holiday Park also offers great access to Exmoor for walks; many National Trust properties to visit; and many small Somerset villages.

Our caravan is Gold Star Plus rated that comfortably sleeps 4 and is situated on the popular Liskey Hill Holiday Park. Its location is Liskeard 1, as shown on plan. It has a lounge with 40 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with full size fridge/freezer and separate dining area

The main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and Jack and Jill bathroom with full size shower. The caravan is centrally heated for cold evenings. The views from our caravan over Perranporth beach are stunning and we have a large decking area to the front and side with garden furniture. Please note we are pet free .
Vacation time is 10am and occupation time is 4pm.
Bed linen and towels are not provided.

Electric cars may not be charged and anyone found to be doing so will be removed from site amd prosecuted.
No smoking or vaping.


Deposit to be paid upon booking and balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday.

Perranporth is just 5 to 10 minutes walk into the town where there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, a chemist and a doctors surgery.

The famous Watering Hole, the UK's only pub on the beach, is situated on the sand, a must for a great sunset.


Regular bus and local taxi servicea are also available outside Liskey Hill holiday park with easy access to Newquay, Truro, Padstow and St Agnes.

To secure your booking a £50 per week deposit is requested (please note that should the holiday be cancelled the deposit paid is none refundable).
In addition a refundable £100 security bond will be added to the final cost. This is to cover any damage, excess cleaning or breakages, this is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan following your departure.
Full balance to be paid six weeks prior to your holiday. Payment by bank transfer is preferred method.

All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions supplied on initial contact with the hirer.

On site there is a laundrette with washing, drying and ironing facilities. A BBQ area with seating, ideal for families in different caravans around the site.

General refuse is located opposite the site reception, please dispose of all your rubbish.
