Comfortable, clean, very well-equipped caravan with large decking. About 1 mile from beautiful fishing port of Looe. Caravan is in quiet owners section of the park with parking right outside.

Duvets and pillows are provided, please bring your own bedding and towels.

The lounge area is very spacious with ample seating, which includes a dining table, an electric fireplace heater, a 40" flat screen TV and DVD player.

The main bedroom has a double bed, a good sized wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a wash basin, toilet, and a powerful shower

A welcome pack will be provided upon arrival containing tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Duvets and pillows are provided, please bring your own bedding and towels.

In the kitchen area, there is a full size gas cooker, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.  Plenty of pots and pans, plates, cutlery, cups and cupboard space for your essentials. Gas and electricity are included in the price.

1 large dog or 2 small dogs are welcome in our caravan, please bring your own bedding for them and we request that you keep them out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. We know that most dog owners are responsible and (unlike many caravans) we make no extra charge for dogs, but if they cause damage, or the caravan requires extra cleaning, we reserve the right to take the extra costs from your security deposit.

It sleeps 6 with the master bedroom having a king size bed,with on suite with a bath and shower toilet and hand basin. Back in the bedroom you have wardrobes and a dressing table.

A £50 deposit secures a booking and balance is not required until 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
Payments can be made in installments if you wish and an email receipt is sent after any payment.

The caravan is based on a level road which leads directly to the beach, clubhouse and bar (under 3 minute walk).

This is a modern new 2021 model caravan with 3 bedrooms (1 x double & 2 x twins),.

There is one bathroom with shower and also a separate 2nd toilet.

All bedrooms have plug sockets and USB outlets

It has gas central heating and parking for one car outside on the tarmac in a reserved space.

Wifi is available in the caravan via an TP Link. Wifinity also provide WiFi on site, however it’s a basic service in some areas like Waterfront Bar and Venue with a Premium service is available for an additional cost.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own towels, tea towels, washing up bits, duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases.

Wrap around gated child decking has been added to the front and side, with steps to the front and patio furniture is also provided.
When sunny, the side is sunny in the morning and front elevation which is South facing gets the sun in the afternoon / evening, so if you prefer sun, or shade there is an option for you.

New upgrade for 2024
To enhance our guests comfort, we have just installed 2 x 3 seat sofas in the lounge area, to replace the standard bench seats.

The patio doors from the lounge open directly on to the decking.

We have Freesat fitted with lots of free-to-view channels.

We also have a selection of board games, books and DVD Player with a selection of DVD’s available for those rare rainy days.

Entertainment passes are available to purchase from Parkdean Reception which gives you access to the Swimming Pool and Clubhouse.

The Waterfront Bar serves food and drink all day and does not require passes.

Lakewood Lodge is a 42ft x 13ft Holiday Home situated in an elevated position on the Maples development with panoramic views towards the 4 fishing lakes and beyond the valley. Complete with triple deck 17ft x 8ft with 2 glass top tables and wicker chairs. The main bedroom has a king size bed , en suite and walk in cupboard behind full height mirror sliding doors. Bathroom has toilet , wash hand basin , twin head shower. Twin bed side bedroom has full size 3 ft width beds. Outside chest contains various body boards which are free for guests to use during their stay at Lakewood Lodge. There are numerous reviews on Static Uk website. Many guests return each year.
