There is a large flat screen free view to and dvd player with over 100 free view channels plus a selection of dvds for your viewing pleasure. There are two extra long settles with a double pull out bed in one or you could use both settles as single beds on top sleepers on each sofa. Carpeted throughout and fully central heated for those warm cosy night. Little extras adding that comfort feel are present all over the caravan. The caravan is close to 2 fishing lakes on site with great course fishing, day passes available from the site office. Out of the park you are a 5 min walk to the beach and all the shops, bars eateries. Another 15 min stroll and your at the fabulous fantasy island and markets with an abundance of places to go. Just opposite the site is the amazing woodies that do family and adult entertainment and serve amazing food. There is also a great soft play area for the kiddies here…to the left of the park is an animal experience which is great for the kiddies and a little further on a state of the arts trampoline park for all ages. There is a bus stop right outside the park entrance where you can take an open top bus all over ingoldmells and into Skegness which is a mere 3.5 miles down the road.

The park is an excellent location to everything. Only 5 minute walk to all the shops bars and eateries. Fantasy island is just a mere 15 min walk from the site entrance. Or just a 2 min drive away. The beach is only 5 minutes walk from the caravan. Or you can catch an open top bus from directly outside the park which will take you all over Ingoldmells and Skegness and surrounding areas.

The site has 2 beautiful lakes on where you can obtain fishing passes from the site office at reception id]f you enjoy a spot of course fishing or even join one of their menu matches they have throughout the season

You can visit many of the attractions close by including the wildlife park just a mere 20 mins drive away a great day out for all the family. Details of this can be found in your welcome book in the caravan. There are lions, tigers, bears, monkeys and ,any more animals plus a play area and dining in a TP tent.

There is an animal farm next door where children can have an animal experience and tractor rides. Also just a few minutes walk down anchor lane is a state of the arts trampoline centre and cafe to keep the family entertained on rainy days.

There is so much more to explore around the surrounding areas including the Lincolnshire wildlife park where you can find lions tigers monkeys bears and play areas just a 2o min drive away. This is a great day out for all the family. You can even eat lunch in a TP tent.

The site has direct gated access to the lovely unspoilt beach at Ingoldmells. Featuring miles of unbroken sand and a gentle gradient to the sea, the beach is one of the most picturesque and safe in the country. Ingoldmells beaches have a Blue Flag Award meaning the area is safe for paddling, bathing and swimming. Conveniently located at the park entrance is a car park and reception. The Waterside Tavern is a family friendly bar on-site and directly opposite is Woody’s Bar and Restaurant, a popular entertainment bar hosting entertainment and showing live sports events.

Mollies Den 3 is a homely 8 berth 3 bedroom Caravan on the beautiful Waterside Leisure Park in Ingoldmells. It has 1 double bedroom and two twin rooms all with smart TV's. There is free WiFi throughout the caravan. It features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including an air fryer and microwave. The lounge area comfortably seats 8 people with ease and also features a sofa bed. There is a 40" Smart TV with guest account for Netflix and also a DVD player. Outside there is a large gated decking area with patio area for dining. Waterside is a lovely park with fishing lakes, natural wildlife and also gated access to the beach. It has a tavern onsite and is close to all amenities and Fantasy Island is just a short distance away. Local attractions include various bars with nightly entertainment including top vocalists, bands and tribute acts. Restaurants of various descriptions serving food of all descriptions including the traditional seaside dish of Fish n Chips and also Chinese, Indian and Kebab restaurants. The site is only a 5 min walk away from the beach . Outside the park entrance is the infamous woodies that serves amazing food and does family and adult entertainment with soft play area and showing sport on large screen tvs….the 5 minute walk to the left will bring you to the nearest bars shops eateries and a further 10 min walk or 5 min drive will take you to the heart of fantasy island with all the rides and markets. There is so much to do and explore in the area. You can take an open top bus ride into ingoldmells and Skegness from directly outside the park.
