Open plan living/dining room and kitchen area very spacious perfect for family's.
Two bathrooms
1x bathroom with shower/sink/toilet
1x bathroom with toilet/sink/storage
Livingroom has a 50 inch smart tv with Netflix/Disney plus/ YouTube ect.
Caravan has its own personal WiFi
All bedding provided.

Damage deposit secures your date. Remaining balance due in full 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Damage deposit is returned after departure once caravan has been checked over.
Damage deposit is non refundable if your holiday is cancelled or their is any damage after stay.
No pets
No smoking
No groups larger than 8
No parties hens or stags.
Lead booker must be over the age of 18.

On site there is a club and swimming pool you will need passes for these areas) which you can buy from reception
There are many things on site
high ropes & crazy golf & pedal bike and much more these are payable
There is a park

My caravan is on a corner pitch with lovely mountain views

There is a balcony to the front of the caravan which catches the sun all day (when it is out)

the caravan is available from 2pm
And departure is 10am
There is a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your holiday date

There is also a £100 bond which will be refunded once the caravan has been checked and all is okay

Please note no bedding is provided
You must bring your own

Please note that passe are not included but can be brought from the reception
There is parking at the side of the
Caravan when possible

Welcome to our lovely homely 8 berth static caravan it is fully double glazed so will still be warm in the colder months of the season. It is fully central heated with an electric fire in the sitting room. We have 2 toilets 1 is the main shower room. The kitchen/ dining area is a fair size with a full size fridge/ freezer. The caravan is located central to all the onsite amenities such as the main office, club, shop, laundrette and even the children play area.

There is a £50 refundable deposit to pay to book dates. Deposit is returned at end of your break once the caravan has been checked to make sure it's left in a clean and tidy condition.
Full payment for your break should be paid 2 weeks before the start date otherwise you will lose your deposit and your break, if you are having difficulties please speak to us, we're all human, we're here to help.

There is a £25 charge for bringing your dog that goes towards the cleaning of the caravan
