A beautifully presented 2 bedroom caravan on the popular Lyons Robin Hood site in Rhyl. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, opposite Rhyl Golf Club and easy access to both Rhyl and Prestatyn. 30 miles from Snowdonia, an hours drive to Anglesey and just a 40 minute drive from Llandudno.

Situated in a quiet area of the park this caravan is suitable for everyone whether you want a nice quiet break or to join in the activities which are a few minutes walk away.

Dog friendly caravan for hire. Sleeps 6 two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin beds,, 1 pull out double in lounge.) Double glazing and central heating.1 ensuite and a separate toilet/shower.Enclosed decking with furniture perfect for sitting in the sun enjoying a glass of wine and
chilling with your furry friend and family. Kitchen includes full size fridge freezer, microwave,air fryer, toaster and slow cooker. Gas cooker. Private WiFi, DVD player with a small selection of dvds, TV and dab radio.
Quiet site with private path to a blue flag beach. a children's play area and football court/tennis court near to reception which is staffed until 5 pm.There is a Cafe on site (limited opening hours),and it is just a short stroll from town centre and railway station.
Short breaks also available (Fri -Sun or Mon-Fri)
Bedding and towels not supplied, pillows and duvets are supplied for all beds.
Two small well behaved dogs or 1 bigger dog welcome at no extra cost.
There are a selection of books and dvds, a Nintendo switch, a set of dominoes a CD player/radio plus a pack of cards. There is a second tv in the twin bedroom.

Our caravan is new for 2023 and has mountain views and is only a few minutes walk from the beach. The accommodation is graded Indulgent as per Away Resorts new caravan accommodation guide. Our holiday home has residential installation to keep you nice and warm in the cooler months, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washer, a master bedroom with king size double and a en-suite shower room, there is also a second bedroom with twin single beds. Outside to the front is an enclosed balcony with seating plus a patio area to the side. We include pillows and quilts and welcome a well trained dog. Access to the resorts Indoor swimming pool is also included. We have a minimum 3 night stay and ask for a returnable damage deposit of £200.
We are now starting to take bookings for 2024.

**WINTER LET AVAILABLE**
Living Room - Enjoy an unobstructed view of the seafront from the open plan living area consisting of a large comfortable lounge area with a 32" smart TV with freeview and unlimited wifi and Netflix. The dining area has a table and sofa and stools where you can sit and appreciate excellent food with stunning sea views.

Kitchen - The Kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and pots and pans required to cook a nice family meal.

Bedrooms - 1 double and 2 twin rooms having ample storage space (if required, sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases supplied for an additional cost).

Toilets - A family shower room with toilet and a separate toilet with hand basin (towels not supplied).

Deposit - A deposit of £100 will secure your booking and the agreed holiday price is to be paid 6 weeks before the check-in date.
The deposit will be refunded on the day after checkout if there are no breakages/damages and the caravan is clean and tidy as you found it. If damage/breakages exceed £100 this will be chargeable and will have to be paid within 28 days of receipt of invoice.

Check-in at 3 pm and check out at 10 am.

All holidaymakers must register at reception before or after having checked in. You must complete a registration form. You are in breach of the health and safety of the park if you have not completed the form.

3 & 4 nights available during off-peak season.

This is a 12-month open site and we do 4, 6, and 8 weeks if your park closes for the winter.
