We are pleased to share with you our beautiful 2026 gold graded lodge. At 14’x42’ it is bigger than a normal static caravan and has 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. It also has double glazing & central heating throughout.

This is our second home and will only be hired out during school summer holidays.

The caravan is in a cul de sac not far from the boating lake/fair/indoor & outdoor swimming pool/Lakeside facilities, and only a short walk to main facilities.

Our caravan interior has been given lots of personal touches giving this holiday home a more welcoming and comfortable feel. On entrance to the caravan here is a light, airy open plan living room/dining room & kitchen area with patio doors at the front allowing access to enclosed veranda. Through a door off the kitchen there is a corridor which leads to the 3 bedrooms, shower room and ensuite shower room. There is one double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. One twin room has full size single beds. There is a shower room which boasts a luxurious rainfall-style head and a separate handset. Here you will also find a toilet, hand basin, extractor & cupboards plus there is a second shower room accessed from master bedroom.
To the front of the caravan is an allocated tarmac car park space with parking for 1 car, with additional parking close by. The caravan is accessed via the wraparound, gated veranda which has a rattan sofa set plus a table and 4 chairs ideal for alfresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sun set from the south facing balcony. There is a rotary airier to dry towels etc after swimming.

The modern kitchen is spacious and has a large island with a wine cooler under. The well equipped kitchen includes an induction hob with extractor above, a separate eye level electric Smeg oven with a Smeg microwave/grill above. In the kitchen you will also find a built in washer/dryer & built in dishwasher.

For your convenience we provide an iron, ironing board, upright vacuum cleaner & a hairdryer.

In the open plan living room/kitchen/diner there is a large comfy L shaped sofa plus 2 contrasting armchairs so plenty of seating for all members of your party. The feature coffee table comes with a large pouffe underneath. There is also a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs. For entertainment there is a wall mounted 43" Smart LED TV plus a Bluetooth HiFi unit with DAB Radio/CD/USB so bring your favourite music on disc/USB or stream wirelessly from your phone/tablet.

A WiFi router is provided so you can log in and access free unlimited internet whilst in the caravan.

The 3 bedrooms all have a wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinets, & lights. All bedrooms have wall mounted TVs, 32” Smart TV in master bedroom, a 24” Smart TV in large twin room and a 24” LED TV in smaller twin bedroom. We provide cosy and sumptuous duvets & pillows along with pillow and mattress protectors. You can either provide your own duvet covers/sheets & pillow cases or for a small charge to cover laundering costs we can provide linen and make the beds up for you.

For your convenience there is a supply of cleaning products, to be found under the sink, as well as a vacuum cleaner - our holiday home is expected to be left in the same pristine condition that you found it in so please do feel free to make use of these!

Please remember to bring your own towels.

Gas and electricity are included in the price quoted, caravan is supplied by piped gas so no bottles to change.
Please do not charge any electric cars from the caravan supply.
Entertainment passes are not included but these can be purchased quickly and easily from the main reception on arrival if required.

PLEASE NOTE; we only start holidays on a Monday or Friday, for 7 nights you can either check in on a Monday or Friday. Minimum booking 3 nights.

Contactless Check in/out - you go straight to caravan so no queuing at park reception. Arrive whatever time suits you after 1.30pm and let yourself into the van

Peaktop View is our stunning self-catering 4 berth Static Caravan with private Hot Tub set in a quiet and peaceful family run Holiday Park, near Winscales in Cumbria on the edge of the Lake District National Park.

Our Static Caravan is sited at Grasmoor View Holiday Park, which is a beautiful well maintained secure site, comprising of 24 privately owned Static Caravans and it has the added bonus of a Site Warden. You will find the Holiday Park a really wonderful place to relax and unwind and its open all year round.

Bedroom 1 - Extremely Spacious Bedroom with King Size Bed. Built in Wardrobe with Drawers below. Vanity Unit and Stool with Drawers to the side and Cupboards above giving plenty of storage. Window Seat with Drawers below. Two Bedside Cupboards with Overhead Lights.

Plus through another door in the bedroom is the En-suite Bathroom comprising of Shower, Toilet and Wash Basin with Storage Cupboard below and Mirror Cabinet above plus additional Wall Storage Cupboard and shelves above the Towel Radiator.

Bedroom 2 - Good size 2nd Bedroom. Two Single Beds. Built in Wardrobe with Drawers below. Wall Mirror Unit with Shelves.

Bathroom - There is a Separate Bathroom in the Hallway with Shower, Toilet and Wash Basin with Storage Cupboard below with Mirror above & Large Wall Storage Cupboard to the side. Towel Radiator.

Kitchen - Built-in Gas Oven with Built in Microwave above, Built-in 5 Ring Gas Hob, 70/30 Fridge Freezer, Full Size Dishwasher, 9kg Washing Machine, Dulce Gusto Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Non Stick Saucepans, Frying Pans, Cutlery, Plates, Bowls, Cups and Glasses plus various Baking Trays and Dishes etc.

Lounge - JVC 40" Fire Smart Full HD Television with Amazon Alexa so you can use your own Amazon Prime and Netflix Accounts etc. Majority DVD Player & selection of DVDs. Two Very Comfortable Two Seater Sofas with additional Cushions, Coffee Table & Ottoman. Fireplace with feature Electric Fire.

Free Wifi Connection and USB Charging Sockets.

Dining Area - Dining Table with four Dining Chairs.

Outside - Secure Gated Composite Decking to side and Composite Screened Decking to front of property, with Garden Furniture.

Three Steps take you on to the Decking Area from the Parking Space.

One Car Parking Space is located behind the caravan and your own small grassed area to side of Caravan (not enclosed).

Hot Tub - Unwind in your very own private hot tub, perfectly positioned to take in sweeping views of the Lake District fells – the ideal spot to relax after a day’s adventures.


1 medium dog or 2 small dogs only allowed on request.

Non-smoking and pet-free Lodge
This property is strictly non-smoking and we respectfully request that all guests refrain from smoking within the holiday home. While we acknowledge that smoke may occasionally transfer from clothing, there is a significant distinction between residual scent and evidence of smoking inside the premises. Please be advised that any strong or persistent odours may impact the return of your security deposit. Should it be necessary to deodorise the property or to undertake enhanced Deep-cleaning process to remove such odours, the associated cost will be deducted from your deposit. We appreciate your co operation and understanding in helping us to maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.

🔐 Park Access & Guest Registration – Important Info

To enter Seton Sands Holiday Village, all guests must be registered via the Haven portal. This is a security requirement at the park entrance.

✅ Please provide the following details to complete your registration:
Full names of all adults (16+)
Full names and ages of children (5–15 years)
Full names and ages of infants (0–4 years)
Telephone number
Email address
Car registration number (or mode of transport if not driving)

Once registered, we will send your car pass, which allows you access to the park during your stay.

🔑 Lodge Access & Check-In
You’ll have private access to the entire Lodge, decking, patio, and private parking space.

We use a smart key safe for contactless self-check-in.
The key code is date and time-sensitive, and will be sent to you via the Airbnb messaging platform once registration is complete.

You may check in any time from 3:00 PM onwards.

Should you wish us to meet you on arrival we are happy to do so, please just let us know.
Other things to note
Using the Onsite Facilities
Please be aware that passes for entertainment and activities are not included in the cost of your stay.
Our private letting guests can now download the My Haven app, available on Google Play and the App Store.
A Play Pass is required to access swimming, book activities, and enter entertainment venues.
Please note that some activities may incur an additional charge over and above the cost of the Play Pass.

Play Pass purchase conditions:
You can only purchase Play Passes through the app, or online if you have booked:
A 4-night stay (Monday to Friday)
A 3-night stay (Friday to Monday)
A 7-night stay starting Monday, Friday, or Saturday

If your booking falls outside these options, Play Passes can only be purchased upon arrival at the park.

We appreciate that holidays are a time to relax and enjoy with family and friends. Please note that we rent our holiday home exclusively to you and the individuals listed on your registration form.
Given the beautiful location, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our van as a hangout space.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
We also must adhere to Haven’s Terms & Conditions, which prohibit letting to groups of young people, stag parties, or hen parties.

Damage During Your Stay
If any damage occurs during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible. We conduct a walk-around video and photo check between each let to protect both guests and owners by clearly identifying when damage has occurred.

Additional Information
Electric Vehicle Charging:
There is no EV charging available at the holiday home. Fast charging points are located in the main car park opposite the security hut.

Services:
No services are available within the holiday home itself. Haven approval is required for anyone providing a service on the park.
However, there are many local hairdressing and nail salons, spas, gyms, and other service providers nearby.

Food Deliveries:
Food deliveries are welcome, but you will need to meet the delivery person at the park entrance to collect your order.

Luxury caravan with free WiFi and TV (With Netflix) in lounge and main bedroom.
Passes NOT included and linen NOT included. Hairdryer central heating, patio doors with balcony, etc. spotlessly clean.
Minimum stay 2 nights Weekend 100 a night.
Passes are NOT included.

Marigold is a lovely modern caravan on Award-winning Rockley Park. Rockley Park has family-friendly activities and entertainment, restaurants and dining, the beach, nightlife and public transport. Poole Quay is a short drive away.

Marigold is conveniently situated on Arne View near Wild Rose and Dandelion, opposite the main reception and entertainment complex. It is comfortably furnished to a good standard and has everything you need for a perfect break. It is double-glazed and centrally heated. From the door, it is about a 10 minute walk to the lovely sandy beach with a cafe and water sports (charges apply on-site). There is parking for one car.

With breathtaking views across Poole Harbour, Rockley Park is set in some of the most beautiful surroundings. It is ideal for holidays or short breaks to the Dorset coast. There is plenty to do for all ages with everything you need for a fantastic break in Dorset by the sea.

Rockley Park offers a wealth of facilities for you and your family to enjoy with a small beach, water sports, swimming pools and activities (charges apply). It's the perfect place to stay to visit Dorset's many attractions eg Studland, Sandbanks, Monkey World and Corfe Castle. Marigold is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families (with kids).

Guests have access to the whole caravan.

Play passes that permit access to Haven's facilities, entertainment and activities are not included in the price quoted which is for self-catering caravan hire only. The facilities and entertainment on site are run by Haven Holidays and as such we have no control over these. Please note that park facilities are closed between November and March.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Please let us know if you wish to bing your dog as conditions apply.

Strictly no smoking, no stiletto heels, no spray tan and no charging of electric vehicles at the caravan (fire risks - Haven rule). There are chargers near reception and fast chargers at the local pub, The Yachtsman.
