Welcome to our comfortable and well-equipped 2-bedroom holiday caravan, tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac at Rockley Park. It’s the perfect base for families, couples or friends looking to relax by the coast while still having everything you need on hand.

Inside you’ll find a spacious king-size master bedroom and a twin room, along with a modern shower room. There’s also a sofa bed in the lounge – just let us know if you’d like to use it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a full-size gas oven and hob, fitted microwave, fridge freezer, and even an espresso coffee machine for your morning pick-me-up. The lounge area has a smart TV, Spotify-connect stereo/radio, and an electric fire with mood lighting, making it a cosy space to unwind at any time of year. You’ll also have dedicated Wi-Fi, central heating, and all linen and towels provided, so you can settle in straight away.

Outside, enjoy a veranda with decking, complete with table and chairs, plus a separate patio area and private parking for two cars right next to the van. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome — we’ve provided dog gates to keep muddy paws on the hard floor area and stop any sneaky escapes when the door’s open.

The caravan overlooks a pleasant garden area and enjoys a quiet location, just a 5-minute stroll along a path to the beach, making it easy to enjoy sea air morning or evening.

Your next holiday ‘HOME FROM HOME’ could be our Regal Regency, 37x12 - 3 bedroom caravan situated on a quiet pitch on the very popular, family & dog friendly Oakdene Forest Park in St. Leonards, Dorset.

In our holiday home you will find central heating, double glazing, an electric fire, fridge freezer,microwave, Air Fryer and sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glasses for six people.

The large, comfortably carpeted lounge area will easily seat the whole family and has a SMART TV and DVD player, plus a radio/CD/tape unit.  Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the park.

There are three bedrooms, one double and two with twin beds.  One of the two bathrooms has a large walk-in shower, basin and toilet, while the other has toilet and basin.

Outside is a private parking space and decking area with space for sitting outside with your evening glass of wine.

We do not include site Passes, these can be purchased on line or at site reception, as required.

We DO NOT PROVIDE BED LINEN OR TOWELS, but DO provide pillows and duvets. However, you will need to provide your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

As dog lovers ourselves, we are happy to accept ONE SMALL, well-behaved dog and well-behaved children.  

WE WILL NOT accept ALL MALE or ALL FEMALE groups or NON-FAMILY groups.

Prices quoted are for up to six people for seven nights from Saturday to Saturday, although we will consider shorter times depending on the time of year.

Olive Branch is a beautiful, spacious, modern 2-bedroom holiday home located on Haven’s Award-Winning Rockley Park, Poole Harbour.

If it’s peace & tranquillity you are looking for you have come to the right place our caravan offers it you all in one place where you can relax and enjoy dinner Alfresco style or just relax having a glass of wine or a cold beer on the Decking watching the sunset and let the world go by. The choice is yours!
Coastal Dreams is just a short walk to the main building where you will find all the activates.

The caravan has double glazing, central heating, gas and electricity, private Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels (PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE TOWELS FROM CARAVAN), Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Hand Soap, washing up liquid, iron and ironing board are all included in the hire price.


Coastal Dreams is situated in Gorse Hill on a quite part of Haven's flagship holiday park offering a wealth of facilities for you and your family to enjoy with a small beach, water sports, swimming pools and activities (charges may apply).
With breath-taking views across Poole Harbour, Rockley Park is set in some of the most beautiful surroundings you could imagine. Who needs to go abroad with a beautiful setting like this available right here? It is ideal for holidays or short breaks to the Dorset coast. Rockley Park offers plenty to do for all ages. Everything you could want for a fantastic break in Dorset by the sea.

There are many great walks locally, including over Ham Common where there is an Osprey Observation Point, over to Lake Pier and along the beach back up the cliff in a circular walk. There is also Hamworthy Park just a five-minute drive and Upton Country Park (park by Lidl and walk back through the railway bridge and in through the gate) has acres for you to stroll through. Or take an open top bus trip into Poole with its many pubs & restaurants, whilst you are there you can take one of the many boat trips that are on offer from the quayside. Or hop on an open top bus from Poole bus station and explore different locations around the area of Dorset.

Locally there are too many attractions to list but with Beautiful Blue flag beaches and attractions like the Tank Museum, Monkey World, Farmer Palmers, Paulton's Park (Pepper Pig World), Adventure Wonderland Park, Marwell Zoo and much more. Poole Quay is a must. Visit on Tuesdays during the summer season to see hundreds of motorbikes at 6 pm.
Tower Park is just up the road with a cinema complex, bowling attractions & restaurants.

Buses are frequent from the park to Poole at half-hour intervals.
The Jurassic coastline is a wonder just to walk along!

Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen has a full-sized gas oven hob with grill, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle and cupboards together with an extensive range of cutlery, crockery, saucepans, glasses and kitchen utensils, fire extinguisher and smoke alarm

Dining Area:
A dining table provides plenty of space with corner seats and two stools for mealtimes.

Lounge:
The open plan lounge is bright with a large Conner sofa and a coffee table. There is a 43inch smart flat-screen TV, and electric fire. Gas central heating, one of the corner sofas converts to make an additional double bed.

Bedroom 1:
1 double bed, wall mounted TV, dressing table with draws, 2 Bedside cabinets and double wardrobe, Hair Dryer.

Bedroom 2:
2 single beds 1 Bedside cabinet, single wardrobe.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However, we can provide bed linen. please specify if you do not require them on booking.

Bathroom:
There is a toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

Parking:
Allocated parking space next to the caravan.
There are Electric car charging points in the car park opposite the reception.

Play Passes:
Play passes that give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only. If required these, you can be purchase these from the Haven reception on arrival. During the winter months there are no entertainment, activities and facilities available on site. Note Play passes are not required for Haven's bar, restaurants and arcade (when available) but are needed for entertainment and activities such as the swimming pools.

Park facilities:
Sandy beach with cafe. Many water sports for hire and lessons available! (Charges apply).
Bike hire is on site. Also, electric bikes are available.
Indoor pool with splash zone, grotto, heated outdoor pool, crazy golf, tennis courts, climbing wall, trampolines, slot machines bars and restaurants.
Several takeaway restaurants (Papa John's Pizza delivers to your park home, as do local Chinese and Indian restaurants).
There is daytime entertainment for kids and evening entertainment which is first class with many good star acts. (Please note this is organized and controlled by park owners, Haven, and as such, we have no control over what is available at any time. During the winter months, November until the middle of March, nothing is provided by Haven)

Welcome to our lovely, homely three bedroom caravan at Weymouth Bay, a Haven Site. Sleeping up to 8 in three bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge,
Situated in a quiet spot but near to the new Adventure Village and only a few minutes from the main complex, we have the best of both worlds. The adventure Vilage, with an outside bar for the summer months has activities for all ages, including a high ropes activity as well as a smaller version for the little ones. A Nerf challenge, climbing wall as well as lots of other activities, so much to do for all the family.

A few minutes from the main complex where you’ll find the Live Lounge with childrens entertainment as well as shows, passes are needed for access to this area.

Within walking distance of the beach at Bowleaze Cove with cafes and a Fun Fair as well as cafes. You can even have a cocktail on the beach from The Cheeky Tipple. Some water sports are also available here.

A bus service from just outside the main gate will take you into the town and drop you off right beside the main beach, so much to do there for all the family. During the summer weeks buses come into the site and take you to the town, fares will apply.

We have a lovely gated decking where you can watch the sunset at the end of the day and keep an eye on the children playing on the grassed area right in front. Unlimited free WiFi and smart TV gives you the option of staying in and watching the many channels it offers and ordering in food anything from Pizza to Burgers and beyond is available either on site or though Just Eat or Deliveroo. There are three pubs within walking distance, The Spice Ship, The Bridge and a little further away, The Springhead. Details of these are in my welcome book in the caravan. If you are celebrating a special occasion whilst staying then please let me know and I can arrange a special welcome for you.

Good availability throughout the year but the holidays do get booked up quickly so please bear that in mind.

Situated at Haven's 5* award winning park. Weymouth was the proud Winner of 'best beach in UK 2024'! Site is in a sheltered lagoon spot, enjoying its own sunny microclimate. Enjoy the sun all daylong on our large wrap around terrace. Stunning location, Beach lagoon at site, there are daily open top busses into Weymouth, and bus from train station to the site. Fantastic walks to nearby coves and nature reserves, 2 swimming pools, top notch entertainment. So much to see or do including, nearby swannery and stunning subtropical gardens, lots of stunning scenery on your doorstep. Some of the facilities at the site include: Archery, 2 x swimming pools, arcades, inside/outside restaurant, papa johns, fish and chips, playpark, climbing walls, bungee wire, go kart jeeps, tent building, nature walks and lots more. Little sea has it all, yet can be as hectic or as relaxing as you want.

A stylish holiday home with Sky Deck. For up to 6 people. Stunning views of Chesil Beach & Portland Harbour, with access to many excellent facilities. Ideal for exploring the Jurassic coast or just relaxing.
Our Sky Deck holiday home is situated on the award winning 5* Chesil Beach Holiday Park. Chesil Beach Holiday Park is part of the Watersides Holiday Group and is situated at the lower end of Wyke Regis, conveniently located near Weymouth and Portland. The Park is adjacent to the South Coast Coastal Park.

The Sky Deck has a 360 degree view of the Isle of Portland, Portland Harbour, Chesil Beach and Fleet Lagoon over to the open sea. The Sky Deck is one of the Park’s Signature Grade accommodation and is furnished to a high standard with parking for 2 cars alongside. It is situated on the Vista area of the Park which is only a short walk to the main building and the award winning Breeze Restaurant and bars.

The Venue entertainment complex hosts kids and family/adult entertainment every day and night.
The Leisure Centre with swimming pool/slide, jacuzzi/toddlers pool provides added fun to your stay. There is also a fitness room and sauna to help your wellbeing .
To burn off energy the site also has a children's play park, sports field with outdoor gym equipment, 5 a-side football pitch and basket hoop.

As a guest at the 5* holiday park you will have access to the facilities and entertainment on site. There is a nominal fee for use of these facilities and passes can be purchased from Guest Reception. Wifi and other essential information is available and details will be given to guests prior to arrival.

The Sky Deck is very spacious with a large lounge/diner with 2 comfortable sofas (one with pull out double sofa bed) and two armchairs. It has an electric convection fire which will take the chill off the air without heating the whole caravan. There is an extendable table and four chairs for dining at or playing family games.

The fully equipped kitchen has all you need should you not wish to eat at the many local restaurants. It has a full size fridge/freezer, full size electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler, toaster and kettle.

The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, built in wardrobes and an ensuite with washbasin, WC and shower and patio doors leading onto the veranda The second bedroom has two 2’ 6’’ beds, fitted wardrobe, storage cupboards and TV/DVD. Duvets/pillows and appropriate protectors are supplied.

Bed linen can be provided but if you would prefer to bring your own please indicate on the booking form your preference.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and washbasin. Again we can provide towels but would ask that you bring your own towels for the beach or swimming

On the Sky Deck relax on the outdoor sofa and chair watching the world go by from your elevated position. On the side veranda there is additional table and chairs perfect for outdoor eating.

The Sky Deck home is let on a NO SMOKING basis and we are unable to accept bookings from stag/hen/U21 or party groups. BBQs are not permitted anywhere on the decking nor on the area next to the Sky Deck home.

One well behaved dog may be permitted with prior consent please ask before booking. Park rules state that dogs must be registered and not left unattended in the property.

There will be a minimum stay limit at busy times such as bank holidays and peak season.
From 30 November - 12 March there will be no onsite amenities.

Our price includes a Pass to The Venue, The Breeze Restaurant and Bars. Swimming Passes are available to purchase at Reception

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable at time of booking and refundable £100 in case of damages or breakages.
