☀️Caravan is situated on the stunning Durham coastline on a front row pitch with uninterrupted beautiful sea views, sit back and relax on the decking and watch the Dolphins go by or go down to the beach and explore the rock pools and caves and at very low tide see the shipwreck, also there’s amazing sea glass to be found, you will see a lot of people searching for sea glass
both here and along the beach and at the end of your stroll along the beach there’s the Dunes cafe you can pop in for a Hot or cold drink and relax before walking along the front back to our caravan. On site there is an Entertainment area with place to eat which is dog friendly and an amusement arcade and pool, then of course clubhouse for night time entertainment.. In the local town there is the lovely marina and the National museum of the Royal Navy and explore the HMS Trincomalee the oldest floating warship and see what it was like in the 1800’s. Also plenty of shopping in Hartlepool and Dalton Park. Just across from the park is Tweddle Farm a kids petting zoo and play are it’s a great place for the kids to explore and enjoy feeding the animals.

Here we have to offer our lovely Privately Owned 2 bedroom, 6 Berth ABI caravan. It is a lovely clean, spacious, well kept family holiday home offering Double Glazing, Gas Central Heating, Electric Fire & Electric Oil filled Radiators to keep you warm on those chillier days/evenings. We are situated on "Central" at Hutleys Caravan Park, Beach Road, St Osyth. CO16 8TB. Nr Clacton on Sea.

The Lounge has 2 free standing leather settees, a 32" smart TV/DVD player, gas fire, Electric oil filled radiators, small double Jaybee put up bed and dining area. We have double patio doors which open up from the Lounge/Dining area should you wish to sit on the veranda to have a lovely cuppa.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized oven/hob with extractor, microwave and fridge with a small freezer compartment. Kettle, Toaster, Bread Bin, Kitchen Knife Block, Pyrex dishes, cutlery, Dinner Service, Pots & Pans, T-Towel, Dish Cloth and lots more, it's like home from home.

Fire Extinguisher, Fire blanket and First Aid Kit are all located here too.

Hallway - There are coat hooks located on the wall by the kitchen door. Carbon Monoxide Alarm & Smoke Alarm.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom which has a comfortable double bed with mattress & pillow protectors in use and plenty of storage.

We are a husband and wife team originally from Essex. We have 5 children and moved to Stranraer in 2020, after we all fell in love with Scotland. Having a big family, we understand the importance of having an amazing holiday without having to rob a bank. Wigbay is a family friendly location 5 mins drive to Stranraer, which is great for extra shopping, restaurants and cafés. In town is the Ryan centre for the gym, cinema, theatre and swimming leisure centre. There's Stair Park and Agnew Park. Within the site there is a small indoor pool, which booking is required at 45 min intervals as well as an excellent restaurant/bar, soft play and play park. Lovely views of Loch Ryan.

Sleeping eight guests comfortably, our lovely holiday caravan has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own TV and en-suite.
2 twin rooms with tv's, including full size single beds in one of the rooms.

Fully equipped for all your holiday needs, the caravan includes a full size fridge freezer and dishwasher in our well stocked kitchen, and free unlimited Wi-Fi for our guests with a 58" smart tv to watch all your programmes on a cosy evening.

The caravan is situated directly behind the Kiln Park clubhouse, with amenities and a dog friendly beach a short walk away. The park comprises an entertainment complex, restaurant, take away outlets, outdoor activities, a shop, launderette, indoor and outdoor pools, plus access to a private, dog friendly beach with all year round access.

The park itself has plenty to offer. The entertainment has everything from tots dancing to bingo to live acts. There's family entertainment during the day and through into the evenings. There are plenty of activities, including canoeing on the lake, archery, swimming, high ropes, football and a 9 hole golf course.

The park has plenty of food options, papa johns, Burger King, fish and chips and a restaurant.

The price does not include pass for the duration of stay. But these can be purchased from main reception or from the haven website directly.

Unfortunately we do not allow pets of any kind.
