Welcome to Sand’s Place my dog friendly home away from home in St Minver Cornwall. Situated on a quiet site within easy reach of 4 local sandy beaches, 2 surf, 2 dog friendly estuary. The site has an indoor pool, soft play area, arcade, adventure playground, crazy golf, Kids Club, Restaurant, Takeaway, Bar and Clubhouse, Passes are not included but available to buy from Reception. There is a small shop and Launderette.
MAX Occupancy 6 people and 2 well behaved dogs (no additional charge for dogs)3 bedrooms - 4ft6in Double, 4ft double, twin room. Duvets, Pillows,Duvets and Linen provided, Beds made up on arrival. Central Heating and Double Glazing (fuel included in hire charge)
Fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and air-fryer
Electric BBQ. Wraparound gated decking, WiFi, Smart TV’s, Netflix,selection of DVD’s and Board Games
Beach Equipment, 4 chairs, shade tent, buckets, spades, windbreak, crabbing lines and buckets, dog tie out.
For younger visitors: Travel cot, safety gate, bed guard, highchair.
XLarge dog crate is available if required.
The local village has a Spar mini market, Fish and Chip shop, Bakers and Butchers plus a couple of Cafes and Restaurants. A good range of stores is available in Wadebridge (3miles)
Easy access for Polzeath, Port Isaac, Boscastle and Tintagel. Padstow by car or there is a ferry from Rock to Padstow and an evening water taxi runs in the summer. Eden project 20 miles.
Peak Bookings are Monday 2pm to Monday 10am, other start days may be available off peak. Weekly charges £400-£800
