3 bed. Pet friendly max 2 small dogs allowed. (£20) please mention at time of booking. Failure to mention will result in your damages bond being withheld. Bedroom 1 as a double bed. Bedroom 2 and 3 have 2 single beds. Bedding can be supplied (£30).
Passes for outdoor pool included. ( openings times vary depending on weather)
Gated decking. Parking available next to
caravan.

5 min walk to beach. Close to all amenities. Plenty of shops/kids entertainment within a few mins walk. Chapel St leonards Centre is a short walk along the beach front. Chapel St leonards is a short drive to Ingoldmells and skegness. So it's ideally situated for a fantastic family holiday.
On site swimming pool (outdoor), Passes provided. Open from mid April to end of August( weather permitting). Happy Days club (Archers) across road, which as
regular entertainment, (live music, karaoke, bingo kids entertainment)
Access from 4pm on day of arrival. Please leave by 10am.
Early check-in available 1pm (£20). Please Don't ask for a early check-in if you haven’t paid / requested prior to booking.
Late checkout available 12midday (£20).
Must mention at time of booking

£75 deposit required to hold your dates. None refundable if you cancel. Which acts as your damages care bond and is returned provided caravan left as found.


Balance due 4 weeks prior to holiday date.
Damages/care bond refunded usually within 72 hours if no damage/ extra clean is reported
