3 bedroom 6 berth caravan with enclosed veranda

Welcome to our 3 bedroom 6 berth family caravan on Parkdean resorts Cayton Bay. (Sorry no pets due to allergies)

A 12 month park (entertainment complex will be closed beginning of November, re-opens February half term)

The caravan has an enclosed front veranda which can only be reached through the caravan itself making if very safe & secure for little ones.

This is a 6 berth only comprising of 1 double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, we do not have any sleeping arrangements in the living area. There’s a Shower room which has a large shower, toilet and basin, further down the corridor is a separate toilet with basin, both have heated towel rails.

There is an open plan lounge kitchen and diner, which includes a 32” TV, DVD player & games console.

The kitchen is well equipped with gas oven & 4 burners, microwave, small air fryer, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, pans & cutlery etc.

All 3 bedrooms have wardrobes & bedding provided, for your convenience we will also provide the linen, this includes:-. pillow cases, sheets & duvet covers at no extra charge, so no need to bring your own, beds will be made up on arrival.

We do not provide towels so you will need to bring your own.

The caravan also has Double glazing, central heating .

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE 4 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR STAY.

*All utilities are included in the cost of your stay.
*Sorry but we do not accept dogs.
*No smoking inside the caravan or on the decking.
*No groups (park policy)
*Park entertainment passes are not included & can be purchased at reception when you arrive.
*A £50 deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure your dates & a £50 security bond, this will be returned when the caravan has been checked after your holiday.
*Bookings for 7 nights minimum during the school holidays.
*This is a 6 berth only, 1 double & 4 single beds.
***Finally, please leave the caravan how you found it, wash up, put away & put any rubbish in the park bins provided on site, thank you.***
