Description
The caravan has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons.
There is central heating throughout.
The open plan kitchen has a gas oven and hob, under counter fridge freezer, microwave, and toaster.
We also provide a sandwich maker and Tassimo coffee machine for your use.
The kitchen leads through to the living and dining area. The TV has Freeview and a DVD player. Some DVDs are provided.
The living room looks out onto a grassed area and there is a separate numbered parking bay. Additional cars can use the main car park outside Reception.
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. Guests need to bring sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases which are not provided but are required to protect the duvets, pillows and mattresses. Thank you in advance.
The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, toilet and storage cupboard and there is a separate toilet with washbasin and wall cupboard adjacent to the bedrooms.
Entertainment Passes for the complex can be purchased separately from Haven prior to arriving - price details vary depending on length of stay, time of year, number of guests, and a copy of the current prices are on the photos page.

Activities can be booked once the passes have been purchased.
A deposit of £50 is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to the holiday.
Payments can be made by cheque or Bank Payment.
PLEASE NOTE - the minimum stay is 7 nights during school holiday or as specified on the calendar. 14 nights are available on request. At certain times we can accommodate 4/5 night stays. Unfortunately we don’t offer 2 or 3 night breaks.
Check in time is 4pm onwards on the day of arrival and check out time is 10am on the day of leaving (this gives me time to clean on changeover day as I do the cleaning myself).
Any damage or breakages must be paid for.

The caravan is a minutes walk from the Reception and Entertainment complex and a 5 minute walk to Blackrock beach.
On site there is the Mash and Barrel pub/ restaurant and an Entertainment lounge with regular entertainment plus activities for children.
There is a convenience store and fish and chip shop in the Reception area and amusement arcade with air hockey and a pool table plus an indoor swimming pool.
There is a regular bus service into Porthmadog from the site entrance.
Nearby is the Snowdonia National Park plus Harlech, Criccieth and Caernarfon castles and the zip wire in Ffestiniog.
I have a supply of activity leaflets in the caravan to give an idea of the local area.
