Older but well kept caravan located in Gorse Hill, a quiet area close to the main complex

We are fri/mon check in/out and do not offer Sat-Sat holidays unless it's last minute and we have availability. We own the caravan next door if you have a larger party

Prices do not include passes, but we send a link for you to purchase passes directly with Haven

> Wifi - this is not guaranteed as reception is poor on caravan sites but we are usually able to watch Netflix

>1 Double Bedroom
>2 Twin Bedrooms
>Parking space directly outside caravan, space for 1 car.
>Other cars can park in South Beach car park
>Bed linen included (does not include towels, tea towels, bath mat etc)
>Entertainment passes not included - please purchase directly from Haven
>Kitchen includes: Oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, tassimo coffee machine, fridge freezer
>Other conveniences including: Iron & ironing board, TV with DVD and freeview in lounge, TV in double room, games, DVDs, PS3, Wii and games
>Travel cot, baby bath and high chair - please note there is only 1 bed that is collapsible
>Dogs are permitted and incur an additional £10 fee. Max 1 large or 2 small dogs. Please check Haven directly as some dog breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on the beach during the summer May-Sept. Other furry pets may be allowed if requested in advance, but strictly no cats. Any damage or excessive smell/mess will incur extra charges
>Family friendly in a quiet location with a safe area to play. We can’t hear noise from the shooting range or complex
>Dead end road meaning very few vehicles driving past
>Smoking or vaping not permitted in the caravan
>Same sex groups are permitted, subject to Haven's policies
>Small bbq (guests provide charcoal etc and need to clean themselves, must use away from caravan)
>Check-in 2pm, check-out 10.00am
