A4 is a very well situated 3 bedroom , 8 berth static caravan . Well maintained and modern decor . With the benefit of central heating and double glazing . Parking directly at the rear of the van with direct access to ramped and gated verandah . Step access to the front of the van , leading to the front of the site . The van is situated right at front of the site . No long treks across muddy gras to get to the entrance .
The site is on anchor lane , which is around a 10 min stroll to fantasy island and ingoldmells markets. Alternatively the open top bus that runs every 15 mins stops directly at front of camp. The van has 3 bedrooms / 2 x twin rooms and 1 master bedroom . Also a pullout sofa bed in the living room . Bathroom consists of full size bath with shower screen and shower above bath . Kitchen has all mod cons including fridge , freezer , washing machine , oven , with cooking range . Double doors leading to living room with seating for 8 . 48 inch smart tv , with smart TVs in all rooms . Gated secure decking with outside lighting gating and decking furniture .
We can also offer mobility scooter hire for guests that may require it .
£10 per day with a refundable £150 deposit . ( At the guests on liability) .
We only offer a minimum of 3 day hires
Each stay requires a £75 refundable deposit
We are pet friendly and charge £25 per stay surcharge .
