The Wolds Anchor Lane Ingoldmells.

Bed 1 as a double bed. Bedroom's 2have 2 x single beds.
The living room has a double pull out bed .
Gated decking and parking.
Large Modern accommodation. Large smart 65inch tv in living room. DVD player and a selection of dvds available.
Free Wi-Fi Bedding can be supplied (£10). Has ha cd player in the living room
Main bedroom as 2 single wardrobes and dressing table well as a 4 set of draws.
Twin room has 15inch tv/dvd player with a selection of dvds to choose from.
Pet friendly (£10)
Max 2 small dogs allowed. But must not be allowed to be left alone in Caravan roaming a small dog crate is available if not taking the dog out .
Beach is a few minutes walk away. Plenty of shops/ pubs and take-a- ways within a few mins walk. Plenty of kids activities nearby. Ingoldmells village is a short walk away. Ingoldmells and skegness a short drive away.
Next door is a club/pub restaurant and laundrette. A fishing lake is available to use (small charge).
Just down the road is Hardys Animal park. And a Trampoline park.
And the very popular Woody's
Pub restaurant which holds daily and nightly entertainment.

£50 deposit is required to hold your dates. (none refundable if you cancel for any reason).
It acts as your damages care bond and is returned provided caravan left as found.
Usually returned within 72 hours provided no damage or extra clean is required.
Balance due 2 weeks prior to holiday date

Access from 2pm, ( unless you have paid/requested a early check-in). Otherwise please Don't ask for to access the caravan early.
Checkout is to be done no later than 11am as this will allow cleaners to come in and clean ready for next people.
