Max 2 small dogs allowed. But must not be allowed to be left alone in Caravan roaming
Beach is a few minutes walk away. Plenty of shops/ pubs and take-a- ways within a few mins walk.
Has onsite entertainment in the showbar, has an onsite laundrette, onsite swimming pool, park onsite. Passes will have to be purchased to use evening entertainment and swimming pool these can be purchased separately if needed.
Ingoldmells village is a short walk away. Ingoldmells and skegness a short drive away.
Just round the corner is Hardys Animal park. And a Trampoline park. And the very popular Woody's

£75 deposit is required to hold your dates. (none refundable if you cancel for any reason).
It acts as your damages care bond and is returned provided caravan left as found.
Usually returned within 72 hours provided no damage or extra cleaning is required.
Full Balance due 2 weeks prior to holiday date

Access from 2pm, ( unless you have paid/requested a early check-in). Otherwise please Don't ask to access the caravan early.
Checkout is to be done no later than 11am as this will allow cleaners to come in and clean ready for next people.

If passes are required name and ages will be required and will be needed to be done no later than 2 weeks before the date as these have to be booked in advance
