The caravan is based on a level road which leads directly to the beach, clubhouse and bar (under 3 minute walk).

This is a modern new 2021 model caravan with 3 bedrooms (1 x double & 2 x twins),.

There is one bathroom with shower and also a separate 2nd toilet.

All bedrooms have plug sockets and USB outlets

It has gas central heating and parking for one car outside on the tarmac in a reserved space.

Wifi is available in the caravan via an TP Link. Wifinity also provide WiFi on site, however it’s a basic service in some areas like Waterfront Bar and Venue with a Premium service is available for an additional cost.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own towels, tea towels, washing up bits, duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases.

Wrap around gated child decking has been added to the front and side, with steps to the front and patio furniture is also provided.
When sunny, the side is sunny in the morning and front elevation which is South facing gets the sun in the afternoon / evening, so if you prefer sun, or shade there is an option for you.

To enhance our guests comfort, we have just installed 2 x 3 seat sofas in the lounge area, to replace the standard bench seats.

The patio doors from the lounge open directly on to the decking.

We have Freesat fitted with lots of free-to-view channels.

We also have a selection of board games, books and DVD Player with a selection of DVD’s available for those rare rainy days.

Entertainment passes are available to purchase from Parkdean Reception which gives you access to the Swimming Pool and Clubhouse.

The Waterfront Bar serves food and drink all day and does not require passes.

This is a spacious Swift 2 bedroom holiday home which sleeps up to 6 persons with the additional pull-out bed in the lounge area.
It is double glazed and has a set of French doors leading onto a large decked area with patio furniture.

In the main double bedroom there is a large wardrobe, bedside cabinets and overhead storage. This room also benefits from having a private toilet room.

In bedroom 2 you will find 2 single beds, can be reconfigured as a double by request, with a wardrobe, bedside cabinet and overhead storage.

Covid 19 cleaning guidelines and sanitised are strictly adhered to between bookings. Full bed linen or towel service on request £40 (see booking extras)

The main bathroom consists of a large shower cubicle with a shower. There is also a toilet, wash basin and bathroom cabinet with mirror.

In the kitchen area there is an electric oven and hob with grill.
It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Electrical items in the kitchen include a microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and an iron with ironing board.

The dining area has a large dining table with 4 dining chairs.

In the living room there is a flat screen TV, which also has built-in Freeview and a separate DVD player. There is also an electric fire.

Situated in a lovely location of the park overlooking the sea, just a 2-3 minute walk from the main complex and 2 minutes from the on-site shop and launderette. An added bonus is a large car parking area directly next to holiday home.

This caravan has been kept to a high standard throughout to ensure you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Devon Bay and for enjoying Torbay and the surrounding areas.
Notable places of interest, although a guide to the area will be provided.
Torquay 20 mins by Transport.
Brixham 15 mins by transport.
Paignton Zoo 10 mins by Transport 30 mins by foot.
Goodrington South Beach (blue flag) 15 mins on foot.
Paignton steam train 20 mins on foot.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required on booking, with the balance to be paid 42 days prior to the start of your holiday.

Within 42 to 28 days 50% of balance paid minus deposit returned
Within 28 days 25% of balance paid minus deposit returned


A security damages waiver deposit of £50 is also required and payable at the time of paying the final balance. Subject to no major damages and the caravan being left in a clean acceptable condition, this will be refunded up to 14 days of your departure date, via bank transfer.

Our 36ft caravan rental includes the park pass and beds made up for your arrival. It has a roomy lounge TV WiFi CD player. Fully equipped kitchen. Double bedroom with kingsize mattress & duvet. ample wardrobes, separate WC & basin. Twin bedroom, duvets & wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, basin, & WC. Central heating throught. Gated decking and veranda area with table chairs. Parking is very close. The entertainment centre, has a restaurant, cafe, indoor and outdoor pools, Gym, sauna, soft play area, crazy golf, ball play arena, children's assault course, and soft play area. Laundromat and shop. Just a 10-minute stroll to Goodrington Beach and Water Park. A scheduled bus service stops at the site for journeys to Paignton, Torquay and the rest of Devon.

B47 is a 4 berth, pet friendly caravan based at Landscove Holiday Park.
The caravan has a large open dining / lounge . It has a smart tv with a fire stick so that you can access TV and apps easily. It is tastefully decorated and has a homey feel to it .
The kitchen is mains gas and fully equipped with a large fridge freezer. Microwave, kettle and toaster. There are plenty of pans and pans, should you wish to cook during your stay.
The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite.

Full wrap around decking with a gate at the front of the unit.

We know that most dog owners are responsible and (unlike many caravans) we make no extra charge for dogs, but if they cause damage, or the caravan requires extra cleaning, we reserve the right to take the extra costs from your security deposit.
