5 min walk to beach. Close to all amenities. Plenty of shops/kids entertainment within a few mins walk. Chapel St leonards Centre is a short walk along the beach front. Chapel St leonards is a short drive to Ingoldmells and skegness. So it's ideally situated for a fantastic family holiday.
On site swimming pool (outdoor), Passes provided. Open from mid April to end of August( weather permitting). Happy Days club (Archers) across road, which as
regular entertainment, (live music, karaoke, bingo kids entertainment)
Access from 4pm on day of arrival. Please leave by 10am.
Early check-in available 1pm (£20). Please Don't ask for a early check-in if you haven’t paid / requested prior to booking.
Late checkout available 12midday (£20).

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil static caravan near the beach on the Lincolnshire coast. A haven for you and up to 3 doggies with no extra charge! A huge chill-out area with comfortable seating. A 37-inch smart TV with Netflix etc and Free Wifi. A double pull-out bed in themain room with brand new mattress. Equally comfy dining area with a large table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (freezer box), air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooker, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.
Brand new bathroom with large shower. The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed with TV and Freesat. USB charging points for phones. 2nd bedroom 2 single beds TV with blueray player and further USB charging points for phones. All bedding is made up on your arrival. Brand new decking to the outside with table and chairs plus lockable gate for extra security. Clubhouse with a home cooked food menu and evening entertainment. Security gate and office.
5 minute walk only to the beach which is also doggie friendly and all the amusements, pubs, shops and restaurants.
A little farther you can walk into Chapel centre to find one of the best Italian restaurants, a Co-op supermarket, post office, cash machine and more beach access, shops, amusements and bars.
