Our Pemberton Riverton caravan, sited in an elevated position on plot 589 in the popular and peaceful Chy-an-Mor area of the park, has stunning panoramic sea views which can be seen through the first glass-fronted deck to be built on Haven’s Perran Sands site.

The caravan faces west and so the sun shines on the front deck all afternoon until setting directly in front as you watch from the veranda or from the comfort of the lounge through the panoramic sliding glass doors.

On clear nights you can see down the coast to the glistening lights of St Ives some 17 miles away, and incredible views of stars and planets millions of miles away!

Your allocated parking space is immediately behind the holiday home and a gated ramp leads to the side door entrance which is accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs, or through front sliding patio doors which span almost the entire front elevation of the caravan.

Inside the six-berth holiday home you’ll find the best there is too, featuring:
- A spacious open-plan lounge and dining area featuring a long curved sofa with an integrated pull-out sofa bed, a faux leather armchair, 40” TV, DVD player, flame-effect electric fire, dining table and panoramic sliding doors to the front elevation offering unique views of Perran Sands through the glass-fronted decking area
- Kitchen area with a breakfast bar with two bar stools, an integrated American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer and a double cavity oven and hob
- Master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, wall-mounted TV and en-suite bathroom with full-size bath
- Twin bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, wall-mounted TV
- Family shower room

There are a few bits and bobs available for your use, a Weber charcoal BBQ, body boards, a windbreak and vacuum cleaner - and a pair of binoculars to look out for those elusive dolphins!

In line with all private owners we cannot offer Haven's entertainment passes, and the holiday is similar to Haven's 'Hideaway' conditions. Play passes are available directly from Haven on arrival, subject to sufficient availability.

Bookings & Conditions

Available for full weeks with changeovers on Saturdays. Check-in is by 2pm and checkout by 10am.

A £250 deposit by bank transfer or cheque is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

Sorry, but no pets, and strictly no smoking indoors please.

A calm and peaceful retreat just 10 min drive to the bustling beaches of Newquay or 25 min from Eden Project. One of the easiest resorts to reach as it's just minutes off the A30.
You will have secure gate access and dedicated parking. If you are into fishing the park has 11 stocked fishing lakes! The on-site amenities are great. A good restaurant, indoor pool and play area, mini golf, and many outdoor play areas.

The resort is known for its fishing and has 13 fully stocked fishing lakes. Passes can be purchased from the Fishing Lodge.

The space
The place is in a secluded tranquil spot on the resort. You have secure gate access and the Caravan is right next to a large open field.

The indoor space is open and fresh with three nice bedrooms.

Guest access
You will have full access to the place. There is parking for one car next to the caravan and a small shared parking area for other cars.

Other things to note
The park has strong cellular service. You can easily hotspot off your phones or devices for internet. You can also purchase internet via the parks wifi service.

Resort passes can be purchased from Reception and prices vary per season.
Off Peak: £10.95 per adult for 7 days.
On Peak: £13.95 per adult for 7 days.
Children are cheaper.

Our static caravan is a well-appointed two bedroom unit with nice deck. Great for families or just to get away. . The Kitchen and living space are well-appointed with lots of room. There is even a cozy gas fireplace for those chilly evenings.

One of the closest resorts to the beach. Only a short walk to Porth beach and Watergate Bay. The Resort has indoor and outdoor pools, shop, surf school and hires as well as restaurant and bar. This is a clean and well run Holiday Park with a superb, unrivalled location. An excellent base to explore Cornwall and everything you need for a fabulous holiday.
Caravan has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two single beds.

Kitchen and living space are well laid out with lots of space. There is even a cozy gas fireplace for those chilly evenings. Nice deck to enjoy an evening cocktail. Park amenities are seasonal and are usually open from Febuary-December. Indoor pool is open year around.

Take it easy at this secluded static holiday let in Perranuthnoe. Idyllic spot for couples and dog friendly. Chyvounder has everything you need to make it a home away from home. She is an old caravan but she has been lovingly made home. Perranuthnoe beach, cafes and beautiful village pub a short walk down the road. There are lots of beautiful walks along the coastal path. Penzance is a short drive with all amenities. We are in a private field so if it rains you’ll need wellies or boots. One bedroom, lounge and dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower, private garden and free parking.There is a smart TV and WiFi so you can log into your own streaming accounts or connect your own Fire TV.

Rose Lodge is our family-owned, pet friendly, 8 berth, 3 bedroom lodge.

It has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with overhead shower, along with two twin-bedded rooms a family shower and a toilet room. All bedrooms have a TV and DVD player.

The family shower/toilet room has a full shower, toilet, and washbasin.

In the lounge, there is a pull-out double bed, electric fire, and a 40" TV, plus a DVD player, CD player and MP3 docking station. all gas and electric include but NOT car charging as the park does NOT allow car charging from the holiday unit

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a full cooker and many extra kitchen utensils. There is also a utility room with a washer plus a fridge for dog food or fishing bait

Outside is a large decking area with a large area at the front and all along one side with a slope and lockable gate at the end, so children and pets have some freedom, with adult supervision, plus the patio table and chairs. There is also a lockable, wooden tackle box you are able to use in the utility room to store your rods etc. No wet nets etc. are allowed in the lodge.

There is private parking for two cars.
