Lakewood Lodge is a 42ft x 13ft Holiday Home situated in an elevated position on the Maples development with panoramic views towards the 4 fishing lakes and beyond the valley. Complete with triple deck 17ft x 8ft with 2 glass top tables and wicker chairs. The main bedroom has a king size bed , en suite and walk in cupboard behind full height mirror sliding doors. Bathroom has toilet , wash hand basin , twin head shower. Twin bed side bedroom has full size 3 ft width beds. Outside chest contains various body boards which are free for guests to use during their stay at Lakewood Lodge. There are numerous reviews on Static Uk website. Many guests return each year. Our Pemberton Riverton caravan, sited in an elevated position on plot 589 in the popular and peaceful Chy-an-Mor area of the park, has stunning panoramic sea views which can be seen through the first glass-fronted deck to be built on Haven’s Perran Sands site.

The caravan faces west and so the sun shines on the front deck all afternoon until setting directly in front as you watch from the veranda or from the comfort of the lounge through the panoramic sliding glass doors.

On clear nights you can see down the coast to the glistening lights of St Ives some 17 miles away, and incredible views of stars and planets millions of miles away!

Your allocated parking space is immediately behind the holiday home and a gated ramp leads to the side door entrance which is accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs, or through front sliding patio doors which span almost the entire front elevation of the caravan.

Inside the six-berth holiday home you’ll find the best there is too, featuring:
- A spacious open-plan lounge and dining area featuring a long curved sofa with an integrated pull-out sofa bed, a faux leather armchair, 40” TV, DVD player, flame-effect electric fire, dining table and panoramic sliding doors to the front elevation offering unique views of Perran Sands through the glass-fronted decking area
- Kitchen area with a breakfast bar with two bar stools, an integrated American-style fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer and a double cavity oven and hob

There are a few bits and bobs available for your use, a Weber charcoal BBQ, body boards, a windbreak and vacuum cleaner - and a pair of binoculars to look out for those elusive dolphins!

In line with all private owners we cannot offer Haven's entertainment passes, and the holiday is similar to Haven's 'Hideaway' conditions. Play passes are available directly from Haven on arrival, subject to sufficient availability.

Bookings & Conditions

Available for full weeks with changeovers on Saturdays. Check-in is by 2pm and checkout by 10am.

A £250 deposit by bank transfer or cheque is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

Rose Lodge is our family-owned, pet friendly, 8 berth, 3 bedroom lodge.

It has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with overhead shower, along with two twin-bedded rooms a family shower and a toilet room. All bedrooms have a TV and DVD player.

The family shower/toilet room has a full shower, toilet, and washbasin.

In the lounge, there is a pull-out double bed, electric fire, and a 40" TV, plus a DVD player, CD player and MP3 docking station. all gas and electric include but NOT car charging as the park does NOT allow car charging from the holiday unit

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a full cooker and many extra kitchen utensils. There is also a utility room with a washer plus a fridge for dog food or fishing bait

Outside is a large decking area with a large area at the front and all along one side with a slope and lockable gate at the end, so children and pets have some freedom, with adult supervision, plus the patio table and chairs. There is also a lockable, wooden tackle box you are able to use in the utility room to store your rods etc. No wet nets etc. are allowed in the lodge.

There is private parking for two cars.

our caravan 629 scyamore Forest is a 2 bedroom one king size bedded room plus tv, with ensuite toilet and shower room, one twin-bedded room plus tv, a family shower/toilet with a pull-out double bed in the lounge area. Also in the lounge is a flat-screen TV with Freeview, , mp3 player docking station, CD player dvd player.

With full central heating and a eletrice fireplace, you need not be cold in a caravan any more, and all gas and electricity is included in the price! but NOT car charging as the park does NOT allow car charging from holiday units

The kitchen has all the home comforts, including a full gas cooker, microwave, fridge with under freezer, electric hand mixer, electric hand blender, iron and ironing board. Also provided is a hairdryer and hoover. plus coffee maker plus a small starter kit milk, sugar, tea, coffee pods, toilet roll, jay cloth, washing up liquid, bin bag, liquid hand soap, etc

In the family shower/toilet room and ensuite, we have a full mixer shower, toilet and washbasin.

Outside there is a large front veranda with full patio chairs and a table, plus decking down one side with a lockable gate on the end to make it safer for the children and pets with adult supervision.

Also outside is a lockable wooden tackle/storage box, which we ask you to keep your bait and nets in, please. There is an outside tap for washing your boots etc.

There is private parking for one car

Welcome to Sand’s Place my dog friendly home away from home in St Minver Cornwall. Situated on a quiet site within easy reach of 4 local sandy beaches, 2 surf, 2 dog friendly estuary. The site has an indoor pool, soft play area, arcade, adventure playground, crazy golf, Kids Club, Restaurant, Takeaway, Bar and Clubhouse, Passes are not included but available to buy from Reception. There is a small shop and Launderette.
MAX Occupancy 6 people and 2 well behaved dogs (no additional charge for dogs)3 bedrooms - 4ft6in Double, 4ft double, twin room. Duvets, Pillows,Duvets and Linen provided, Beds made up on arrival. Central Heating and Double Glazing (fuel included in hire charge)

The local village has a Spar mini market, Fish and Chip shop, Bakers and Butchers plus a couple of Cafes and Restaurants. A good range of stores is available in Wadebridge (3miles)
Easy access for Polzeath, Port Isaac, Boscastle and Tintagel. Padstow by car or there is a ferry from Rock to Padstow and an evening water taxi runs in the summer. Eden project 20 miles.
Peak Bookings are Monday 2pm to Monday 10am, other start days may be available off peak. Weekly charges £400-£800
