Our new addiction is a SWIFT MARGAUX 2023 8-berth 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom having a en-suite, 2 larger than normal bedrooms with single beds. Goose and duck down feather bedding and pillows
our prestige caravan also has 2 w/c one being the main bathroom with a double shower cubicle enclosed with LED lighting.

The main living area creates a open plane feel with a upgraded kitchen with dish washer, full-size integrated fridge freezer, integrated microwave oven, full-sized gas oven with hob & extractor fan, air fryer, toaster, coffee machine and a slow cooker giving all the home from home features you will require for your stay.

The dining area has a no fixed dining table with 4 chairs on show with a extra 2 chairs if required.

The main feature is the lounge area with a 4 seater no fixed sofa which converts to a luxury double bed, a wall-mounted smart TV with Bluetooth speaker with all channels open including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and Apple TV.
There is also a 2 seater not fixed sofa situated to view the large open patio doors leading to a larger than average Veranda which you find Table and Chairs for outdoor dining and a corner suit for those chill and sunbathing moments

The Caravan is situated on the popular Willow Grove area on a larger than average prime plot, a sun worship dream having sun from sunrise to sunset. It is also close to the main entrance of Willow Grove and an area called The inner circle giving you a short walk to the Main Park, Supermarket, Leisure Centre and Laundrette.

Outside you will find a rear patio area with Composite Bench Seating & Table, BBQ Area and a Large Storage Shed to keep your pushchair and your cases safe etc.

Holiday in our high spec 2 bedroom caravan which sleeps up to 6 people.

It’s located on a popular Parkdean Resorts holiday park close to Scarborough, Filey & Bridlington. The park is across the road from a gorgeous beach reached by a subway. There’s lots to do and see both on the holiday park and in the surrounding area.

Caravan has double glazing & gas central heating which is ideal for early & late season holidays. We personally clean and prepare the caravan ready for our guests so it is maintained to a very high standard.

Caravan is situated on a quite area of the park (Pines, named after the pine trees which surround this area) with its own parking space and large wrap around veranda with plenty of seating which is ideal for dining alfresco and gets sun all day, weather permitting.

On entering caravan you are welcomed by the large homely open plan living/dining/kitchen area with integrated large fridge/freezer & microwave. In the kitchen there is a gas hob with extractor fan, gas oven & separate grill, kettle, toaster, halogen oven, slow cooker, sandwich toaster/grill, plenty of cooking utensils, pans & crockery.

On your left is a freestanding dining table & 4 chairs. The caravan is unusual as there is a step down into the lounge from the dining room. Here you will find a comfy corner sofa, with lots of cosy cushions, which contains the sofa bed, a 43” Smart TV & an Echo Dot which are both connected to WiFi, DVD player, CD/ DAB radio, coffee table and pouffe. A log effect electric fire can be used for effect only or to provide some welcome warmth on those chilly autum evenings. In the drawers you will find DVDs, games and a file containing local information.

Double doors at front of the lounge open onto the large wrap around veranda where you will find a rattan sofa set, round to the side of caravan is a large table & 6 sturdy chairs ideal for dining alfresco,

Through the door from the kitchen is a large shower room, a twin bedroom & a king size master bedroom with ensuite. Master bedroom has large sliding wardrobe with a full length mirror, large dressing table with mirror over, plenty of drawers to place all your bits & bobs, bedside cabinets, overbed/bedside lights, on the wall is a 24” flat screen Smart TV which is connected to WiFi. There is room in master for a travel cot. Twin room has 2 single beds, wardrobe, drawers, bedside chest, lamp & wall mounted 19" LCD TV/DVD. Both bedrooms have blackout roller blinds.

This is a real home from home caravan with many extras you will not get when you book through ParkdeanResorts. It is extremely well kept and used regularly by ourselves. We are sure you will not be disappointed however we cannot guarantee the weather.

We are pleased to share with you our beautiful 2026 gold graded lodge. At 14’x42’ it is bigger than a normal static caravan and has 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. It also has double glazing & central heating throughout.

This is our second home and will only be hired out during school summer holidays.

The caravan is in a cul de sac not far from the boating lake/fair/indoor & outdoor swimming pool/Lakeside facilities, and only a short walk to main facilities.

Our caravan interior has been given lots of personal touches giving this holiday home a more welcoming and comfortable feel. On entrance to the caravan here is a light, airy open plan living room/dining room & kitchen area with patio doors at the front allowing access to enclosed veranda. Through a door off the kitchen there is a corridor which leads to the 3 bedrooms, shower room and ensuite shower room. There is one double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. One twin room has full size single beds. There is a shower room which boasts a luxurious rainfall-style head and a separate handset. Here you will also find a toilet, hand basin, extractor & cupboards plus there is a second shower room accessed from master bedroom.
To the front of the caravan is an allocated tarmac car park space with parking for 1 car, with additional parking close by. The caravan is accessed via the wraparound, gated veranda which has a rattan sofa set plus a table and 4 chairs ideal for alfresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sun set from the south facing balcony. There is a rotary airier to dry towels etc after swimming.

The modern kitchen is spacious and has a large island with a wine cooler under. The well equipped kitchen includes an induction hob with extractor above, a separate eye level electric Smeg oven with a Smeg microwave/grill above. In the kitchen you will also find a built in washer/dryer & built in dishwasher.

For your convenience we provide an iron, ironing board, upright vacuum cleaner & a hairdryer.

In the open plan living room/kitchen/diner there is a large comfy L shaped sofa plus 2 contrasting armchairs so plenty of seating for all members of your party. The feature coffee table comes with a large pouffe underneath. There is also a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs. For entertainment there is a wall mounted 43" Smart LED TV plus a Bluetooth HiFi unit with DAB Radio/CD/USB so bring your favourite music on disc/USB or stream wirelessly from your phone/tablet.

A WiFi router is provided so you can log in and access free unlimited internet whilst in the caravan.

The 3 bedrooms all have a wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinets, & lights. All bedrooms have wall mounted TVs, 32” Smart TV in master bedroom, a 24” Smart TV in large twin room and a 24” LED TV in smaller twin bedroom. We provide cosy and sumptuous duvets & pillows along with pillow and mattress protectors. You can either provide your own duvet covers/sheets & pillow cases or for a small charge to cover laundering costs we can provide linen and make the beds up for you.

For your convenience there is a supply of cleaning products, to be found under the sink, as well as a vacuum cleaner - our holiday home is expected to be left in the same pristine condition that you found it in so please do feel free to make use of these!

Please remember to bring your own towels.

Gas and electricity are included in the price quoted, caravan is supplied by piped gas so no bottles to change.
Please do not charge any electric cars from the caravan supply.
Entertainment passes are not included but these can be purchased quickly and easily from the main reception on arrival if required.

This is the perfect choice if you’re looking for extra space, plus a fantastic holiday for the family. This caravan is unique in that it is one of only a handful that feature a seaview on Primrose Valley.

This is our beautiful Swift Bordeaux caravan with all the luxuries of home that really elevate it to the next level. This model features a beautiful master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

This caravan has double glazing and central heating throughout, private parking, fresh bedding and an open-plan layout which is great for families and couples. The caravan is pet & smoke free and is mainly used by owners throughout the year.

The kitchen fully fitted and a good size, with plenty of storage. It includes a full size built-in fridge/freezer, full size gas cooker with extractor, a microwave and toaster.

The lounge area has free standing furniture with scatter cushions, contemporary electric fire and a Smart TV.

Leading from this area are patio doors to a large veranda around the caravan and seating area to enjoy a night with the family.

Carpets are fitted throughout the lounge and bedrooms and vinyl flooring is in the kitchen, dining area and bathroom.

This top of the range Lodge consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed and sleep 8 people in total. The main bedroom has a vanity area with mirror, wardrobes and 32″ TV, as well as a separate en-suite. A hairdryer is also supplied. Two further bedrooms each have over the bed storage and wardrobes, along with two single beds which can be moved together to form double beds if needed.

This caravan has a shower room which has a stylish hand basin a top storage cupboard, a mirrored cabinet with shelves and a shaver socket as well as a low profile double flush toilet.

For your safety the caravan has smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and escape windows.
