A huge chill-out area with comfortable seating. A 37-inch smart TV with Netflix etc and Free Wifi. A double pull-out bed in the main room with brand new mattress. Equally comfy dining area with a large table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (freezer box), slow cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooker, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery.

Brand new bathroom with large shower. The master bedroom boasts a kingsize bed with TV and Freesat. USB charging points for phones. 2nd bedroom 2 single beds TV with Blu-ray player and further USB charging points for phones. All bedding is made up on your arrival. Brand new decking to the outside with table and chairs plus lockable gate for extra security. Clubhouse with a home cooked food menu and evening entertainment. Security gate and office.

5 minute walk only to the beach which is also doggie friendly and all the amusements, pubs, shops and restaurants.

A little farther you can walk into Chapel centre to find one of the best Italian restaurants, a Co-op supermarket, post office, cash machine and more beach access, shops, amusements and bars.
