Arum is dog-friendly and there is no charge for your dog provided no damage is done and no extra cleaning is required.

If you are coming with family and friends and need more than one caravan, we have more caravans available, just email for more details.
Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels. Alternatively, we can hire these for you locally at additional charge.

Play passes that give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only. If required these can be purchased from Haven reception on arrival. During the winter months, no entertainment, activities and facilities are available on site. Note: Play passes are not required for Haven's bar, restaurants and arcade (when available) but are needed for entertainment and activities such as the swimming pools.

Late deals are sometimes available and longer stays during the winter months can be arranged.

Please leave the caravan as you would expect to find it.

No stiletto heels, smoking, spray tan or charging or electric vehicles (Haven rule - fire risk).

No Hen or Stag parties.
