In the lounge is two French doors which when you open them will lead you straight onto the decking you can sit and chill outside especially on warm sunny days, and watch the sunset come down.
One kingsize master bedroom with en-suite and one twin bedroom with 2 single beds both have fully fitted wardrobes with shelves and cupboards.
Large smart TV with dvd and WiFi.There is a music system with full surround in all rooms.
In the lounge is a sofa and two recliner chairs.
Well maintained kitchen with large oven microwave, toaster, pots, pans and utensils and a large fridge freezer.
Nice dark mahogany dinning table and chairs.
Large walk in shower and toilet.
Private parking is available at the side of the caravan.
Wraparound veranda with outside table and chairs.Smoking and vaping is only aloud outside where ashtrays are provided.
Well-behaved dogs aloud only 2 at the most.
Mattress protecters,pillows provided Beds made up on arrival.

The wolds is quiet and peaceful caravan park it as a sister park which as a laundrette,cafe and pub which sells food also and have brilliant entertainment and tribute acts.
Just outside the wolds is a bus stop which the bus will take you anywhere.
Just outside the site few minutes down the road is shops The Anchor Hotel and pub, O'gradys pub which both have entertainment and amusements and of course the beach.
10/15 minutes walk to Fantasy Island and the famous market.

Max 2 small dogs allowed. But must not be allowed to be left alone in Caravan roaming a small dog crate is available if not taking the dog out .
Beach is a few minutes walk away. Plenty of shops/ pubs and take-a- ways within a few mins walk. Plenty of kids activities nearby. Ingoldmells village is a short walk away. Ingoldmells and skegness a short drive away.
Next door is a club/pub restaurant and laundrette. A fishing lake is available to use (small charge).
Just down the road is Hardys Animal park. And a Trampoline park.
And the very popular Woody's
Pub restaurant which holds daily and nightly entertainment.

This is Our own family 35’ x 12’ ABI Hathaway caravan it
has 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage. The main bedroom has a double bed and double walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds, although they can be pushed together to make a double if required.

The lounge area also has a foldable double bed within the sofa, so 6 people can easily sleep comfortably. A hairdryer is provided in the main bedroom.

NB: We do not allow travel cots in the lounge area for safety regulations.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a double walk-in shower with a power shower. It has 2 doors, 1 into the hall and 1 into the main bedroom.

The kitchen area is large and open plan with loads of storage. It has a 'Stoves' gas hob and oven; full size fridge and freezer; microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, as well as all crockery.

The spacious dining area in between the lounge and kitchen, can comfortably seat 4 people.

The living area is large and open plan with wraparound seating to relax and enjoy your evenings watching TV (with Freeview), DVDs, or just a quiet drink after a busy day.

The caravan has gas central heating throughout and double glazed windows and doors.

Gas, water and bed linen are all included in the caravan hire price. Electricity is on a ‘pay as you go’ basis so there are no hidden charges.

All you need to provide are towels.

Your beds will be made for your arrival, saving you precious holiday time. As soon as you arrive you can start enjoying yourself.

Parking is at the front of the caravan for your convenience and once you park your car, everywhere is well within walking distance.

Families & Couples only. No single sex groups.

£100 non returnable deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking. The balance is then due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

A £70 bond is also required, fully returnable once the caravan has been checked and all keys have been returned.

At time of booking we need three methods of contacting you. One must be your full address. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these.

If 4 week prior to your arrival we cannot contact you, we reserve the right to re-book.

Please Note: No more than 6 people to occup this caravan overnight. This is due to insurance, park and fire safety regulations. IF THIS IS BREECHED, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

All payments by cheque must be cleared at least 14 days before arrival.

Waterside leisure Park itself is very quiet with on site fishing , yet just a short walk from all the action of Ingoldmells. It is joined onto Chapel Boating Lake through a gate at top of site.

Local Area

Nearby Fantasy Island has an endless amount of entertainment for young and old including the Millennium Roller Coaster, Jubilee Odyssey - Europe's longest suspended roller coaster, and other thrill seeking attractions.

Locally there are numerous bars, restaurants, cafés, clubs and arcades.

The beautiful beach is only 5-10 minutes walk away.

Hardy's Farm is 5 minute walk away.

Skegness town and sea front with its pleasure beach, fun fair, shopping, restaurants, Seal World and lots of parking, is just a short bus ride or drive away. There is an extensive bus service to Skegness every 10 minutes and buses stop right outside the Park (hail and ride). Of course there is also the railway station in Skegness for non drivers, with regular services to the nearby resorts.

A stunning luxury 8 berth 3 bedroom en-suite master bedroom with deluxe fitted wardrobes in all rooms. This very spacious caravan has two other twin rooms both with luxury fitted wardrobes and mirrors. It has a large beautifully fitted modern bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Fully central heated. The hall way has sunken ceilings with automated walk through lighting system. The kitchen has luxury fitted units with a washing machine, airfryer, microwave, full size fridge freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster. The open spacious lounge has a beautiful corner suite with a double pull out bed for extra sleeping. The media wall has a fitted fire with wall mounted large flatscreen freeview tv with over 100 freeview channel. There are French doors from the lounge leading to a beautiful wrap around verander with outdoor furniture. An iron and ironing board is also supplied. The caravan has both double glazing and centrally heating system.

The park is an excellent location to everything. Only 5 minute walk to all the shops bars and eateries. Fantasy island is just a mere 15 min walk from the site entrance. Or just a 2 min drive away. The beach is only 5 minutes walk from the caravan. Or you can catch an open top bus from directly outside the park which will take you all over Ingoldmells and Skegness and surrounding areas.

The site has 2 beautiful lakes on where you can obtain fishing passes from the site office at reception id]f you enjoy a spot of course fishing or even join one of their menu matches they have throughout the season

You can visit many of the attractions close by including the wildlife park just a mere 20 mins drive away a great day out for all the family. Details of this can be found in your welcome book in the caravan. There are lions, tigers, bears, monkeys and ,any more animals plus a play area and dining in a TP tent.

Stunning 3 bed u berth caravan with master bedroom fitted wardrobes and 2 x twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobe. There is also a separate toilet room for extra family convenience and another shower room fully fitted with another toilet and sink in. The kitchen is well designed for larger families with all the mod cons fitted including oven hob fridge freezer microwave kettle toaster and an air fryer. There is also a 6 seater dining table in the large kitchen for family dining. The lounge is very home from home with soft furnishing and a double pull out sofa bed for extra accommodation for 2 adults. There is a flat screen wall mounted TV and dvd player with a selection of DVDs for your viewing pleasure. There is also free unlimited Wi-Fi available. There are decked areas to thefrom]nt with outdoor seating and tables overlooking a lovely f]green. There is also a full length side deck so any pets are safe in this gated area.

The site has 2 x fishing lakes on and passes can be obtained from the site office at reception. Just opposite is a beautiful family bar that serves the most delicious food and has family entertainment free of charge no passes are required for here. There is an indoor soft play area for the little ones and an outdoor play area. Big screen sport tv and family entertain event throughout the night during the season.

You can at h an open top bus directly outside the caravan park to take you around ingoldmells Skegness chapel st Leonard’s and many other p,aces all day long.

It’s only a 5 min stroll from the site entrance to all the bars shops amusements and eateries and 5 mins from the caravan to the beach. The caravan is located right at the front of the park so it has very easy access to all the amenities

MOLLIES DEN is a homely 6 berth caravan in the heart of Ingoldmells. The caravan has 2 Bedrooms, 1 Master with a King Size bed and en-suite, the 2nd Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedding provided for both bedrooms. A Family bathroom with full sized sit down shower, wash basin and W/C, Large kitchen area with tall fridge freezer and all utensils. Dining room area with extendable table and a Large sized lounge with 5 seater sofa which converts in to a further double bed with an electric fire and Smart TV with Freeview built in and guest accounts for Netflix and Disney+, also a DVD player with a number of DVDs provided for your viewing pleasure. The caravan also has the luxury of a furnished outside decking patio area. The caravan is located at Waterside Leisure Park on Anchor Lane. Waterside Leisure Park covers an area in excess of approximately 50 acres and has well maintained, landscaped areas and features include 2 large fishing lakes and a beautiful ornamental pond.
The site has direct gated access to the lovely unspoilt beach at Ingoldmells. Featuring miles of unbroken sand and a gentle gradient to the sea, the beach is one of the most picturesque and safe in the country. Ingoldmells beaches have a Blue Flag Award meaning the area is safe for paddling, bathing and swimming. Conveniently located at the park entrance is a car park and reception. The Waterside Tavern is a family friendly bar on-site and directly opposite is Woody’s Bar and Restaurant, a popular entertainment bar hosting entertainment and showing live sports events.

Mollies Den 3 is a homely 8 berth 3 bedroom Caravan on the beautiful Waterside Leisure Park in Ingoldmells. It has 1 double bedroom and two twin rooms all with smart TV's. There is free WiFi throughout the caravan. It features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including an air fryer and microwave. The lounge area comfortably seats 8 people with ease and also features a sofa bed. There is a 40" Smart TV with guest account for Netflix and also a DVD player. Outside there is a large gated decking area with patio area for dining. Waterside is a lovely park with fishing lakes, natural wildlife and also gated access to the beach. It has a tavern onsite and is close to all amenities and Fantasy Island is just a short distance away. Local attractions include various bars with nightly entertainment including top vocalists, bands and tribute acts. Restaurants of various descriptions serving food of all descriptions including the traditional seaside dish of Fish n Chips and also Chinese, Indian and Kebab restaurants. Skegness is less than 10 mins away and Chapel St Leonards and Mabelthorpe are both short drives or bus rides away. Children can enjoy a trip to Hardys animal farm on Anchor Lane.

A beautiful 6 berth en-suite king size bed caravan with walk in dressing room. 2nd bedroom with twin beds and wardrobes. There is a fully fitted shower room with toilet and sink. The caravan is fully central heated. The kitchen comprises of high level ovens a separate hob with kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, all crockery, pans, glass wear you could need for your self catering holiday needs. There is a tasteful dining area with table and chairs. The lounge has an electric fire suit built in with a 3 piece suite and the sofa has a pull out double sofa bed which can be used for extra sleeping arrangements. It’s carpeted throughout. There is a free view to with dvd player with over a 100 free view channels and dvds supplied for your viewing pleasure. The infamous woodies is right opposite where the location of the caravan is and they do family and adult entertainment and serve delicious food. They also have a fabulous soft play area for children and show the latest sport to action on large screen tvs.
